I'm having a problem : I manage to thread the machine , but I think I have a tension problem. Each time I do it the thread gets unraveled from the needle. Either that or it gets tangled in the mechanism underneath the base. I'm not sure what to do , tyia
Yeah.. That's definitely a tension problem!! You need to check if the spring mechanism in the tension still works, that's when you raise the footer does the tension plates open? Also check for loose thread that may be stuck in-between the plates
@@bondmachines am I to tie the thread around the needle at all , I know this sounds very beginner , but this is my first time using any sewing machine.
Oh.. That's true... depending on the needle type you are using, there's a side on the needle that has a groove,a line running from the base to the tip,make sure it's facing you when you want to place the needle on the needle holder,then you thread from front to back
Hi, I just stumbled on your video. I bought this exact machine from someone but on getting home, some black substance started coming out of the foot pedal. On plugging it, and trying to operate the machine, I wanted to bring out the thread from the shuttle. Immediately I touched it, it shocked me from hands to feet. I tested the machine before buying. And I bought it for 72k. Please Do I need to change the motor? Or the pedal?

If you follow through the video on how to thread the machine, you thread the needle from front to back
@@bondmachines I did that obviously that's why I watched it in the first place; but you cut the part where you put the needle through.

It seems it's the both the foot pedal and the electric motor...and it's also earthing problem and blown capacitor...
