Personally , I bought the mi9t . It's cheaper and the snapdragon 730 is the perfect combo of performance and it's not as power hungry as the 855 so it doesn't drain as much battery, and in day to day use it's not something you'll notice on difference on.
Actually very thankful for 60 fps video. You don't know how many wannabe Indian "TH-camrs" who film in 30fps in which you can't even tell the difference in smoothness

The delay with chrome youtube play store facebook could be because of the chinese rom. k20 is on global rom, k20 pro chinese rom. Also try make sure all settings are the same, I see bluetooth is enabled only on one of them.

The SD8 apart from being more powerful has better modems (= to better signal), better GPU, better ISP and more chipsets that are simply better. There may be only slight difference on game load times but the real difference is on the performance of the games, the FPS. Game load times depends mostly on the type of storage not on the chipset.
