Thanks for making this video, very useful. I plan on flying internationally to the US in the next year or so, so having full instrument is more appealing in the long term, so having the full IREX exam makes sense, but initially might just fly with Private IFR.

Hello there Jane, haven't commented in a while. I think that maybe doing the full instrument rating might be more beneficial and cheaper in the long run. Thanks Jane

Hi Jane I really like the video that you posted
Could you please recommend any books for RpL or online course coz I want to see how hard it is

You can search Bob Tait or Aviation Theory Centre for their RPL textbooks

Thanks for your video. Would you mind considering a video about RPL/PPL theory exam? Like books, materials, exam booking and process etc.

Be able to briefly describe the requirements of the flight test, and the corresponding test takers will benefit well.👍

Thanks Jane, for my "mission" the PIFR is much more appealing. I already hold NVFR so I am hoping that will help considerably as I have 18 hours Instrument (10 hours in flight and 8 in sim). You don't ahppen to have a PIFR online theory course in the pipeline do you?

I don't have any online course for PIFR unfortunately.

Thanks for this video, its very helpful! I'm a private pilot (well, almost!) and have no intention on working towards commercial. Would you recommend PIFR or IREX? IREX sounds a bit over the top for what I want, particularly in terms of recency, but interested in your thoughts. Cheers, Ben

IR Recency is a bit much for private pilot who doesn't fly much. If you know what endorsements you want, you can certain go for PIFR.
I think it is best for you to talk to some local flying school, they can guide you better in person.
