Ngayon talaga mas ok mag-invest sa stocks dahil maraming undervalued na companies. I think mas matagal pang magsa-sideways yung trend ng market natin dahil nasa gitna na rin tayo ng lost decade ng stocks pati ang daming ganap sa mundo ngayon.
Hi sir Rex, I always get inspiration and courage by watching your presentation. Your checklist like: insurance, VUL, Estate Planning, already build up. Also provided PELAC/ Bdo life/ Sunlife/ EWB Troo for my son/ daughter. Availed of Bank UITF as was the favored investment in 2021( gain of 8% prior to Russia- Ukraine, down by 12% at worst, now down 5% and am just not worried. I also have funds managed by professional. Watched many webinar, presentation to pick many advise. Started to open a stock account with my son last May, lost by as much as 10%, monitored/ screenshot our portfolio ( now 11 stocks, mostly top index). Bought more stocks every dip to lower cost average. Sold partial everytime gain over 10%. Last Friday our portfolio already gained 4.6%. For Got bonds as it now offer over 5% net. Also, Areit/ MREIT, GLO,TEL,MER, LTG, DMC for dividends aside from top index funds. No Technical knowldge, but with fundamentals and resources available online. Fyi, my Philam policy bears your name as President before.
