A great analogy that came to me about the healing process is that of photosynthesis. Just think of how every time we go through pain/trauma/illness which is of a lower frequency, we are a plant taking in carbon dioxide, also of a lower frequency, and while going through the healing process, or the photosynthesis process, we convert/transmute a pain/trauma/illness from a lower frequency to a higher frequency by coming out through the other side and making something good out of something “bad,” just like the plants make oxygen out of carbon dioxide. I personally feel that people are realizing their own immense power to shape their reality. By envisioning and having faith in what we desire, we can manifest it. Simply believing it is already in existence will be so. Live your best reality. Love is ALWAYS the answer.
I find it very interesting that "manifestation" taught as visualsjng what you want and believing it will magically materialise, generally doesn't work. Apparently those who are most successful in manifesting their desires are those who figure out what all the obstacles to getting there might be, and how to overcome those obstacles should they arise. Isn't that great to know!

Robert’s session was so healing to me. Surrendering instead of chasing the answers, chasing my destiny has been my biggest struggle , when having a north node in pieces. It has been brought to my awareness lately through the study of Kabbalah’s teachings on ‘certainty’ and ‘trust’ and ‘Pause’. Robert’s session just showed me how to do it on a deeper level, and I no longer need to seek for answers. I have venus in gemini, my brain is restless and constantly seek for more information and knowledge. Also having human design as a manifestor, I forget the importance of resting and being the flow, instead of keep grinding and giving birth new ideas new innovation 🥵. Now I am so ready to choose the opposite, and trust those I was seeking will come to me in the most serendipity way, i don’t need to know anything at this time being.

Lovely point at @1:17:00 that the heart never breaks, only the ego does. I've been saying for many years that the classic phrase "Dark night of the soul" is incorrect. The soul cannot possibly have a dark night. The soul IS LIGHT. That phrase should be "The Dark night of the Ego."
I agree and also i think it’s referring to the fact that the “I” can’t see the light/soul so it may feel as the the soul is dark bc ur surrounded by darkness

I've been a dental hygienist for 21 years and in the dental industry for over 30 years. I have felt something missing in my life since 2104. Maybe even earlier than that. I keep doing what I'm programmed to do to make a living, but I have no joy, only anxiety. Once I think I'm on the right path, I receive a curve ball. This happens every few years. My eyes were dark brown and have changed to hazel and then to green in the last three years. There is a green ring on the outside half and hazel on the inside. Entering my late 50’s. I’ve gone through a gradual awakening since I was 9, but then has tremendously increased after Aya/Bufo three years ago.
Wow. Do you have pictures of the change in your eye color? Mine are blue on the outside with yellow/gold on the inside, with flecks of brown here and there.

So at ~ 1:15:50 I think you're paraphrasing my comment and I did feel dickish (even though it wasn't intended that way) because listening to you this year has filled me with more awe than anyone else has in a long time and like Sarah said later on, it's really a nice thing of you to share. It's kind of a vulnerable thing. What's coming up in me lately is a kind of exhaustion I suppose with this feeling of being repeatedly edged and then blueballed by the universe. This "so close yet so far" feeling and I can't be the only one who feels that way. And the 3 paths that you guys were talking about I'm experiencing them all in rapid and sometimes violent succession daily which is where the exhaustion is coming from. I feel like we're so close to this junction point. The lowest path, I think, is nuclear annihilation. The middle path is merging with AI and forgetting spirit and the higher path is remembering who we really are. I feel like I'm right there. I've put more vibrational chips in the higher road this year I think (part of it thanks to you so again, I really meant no harm I've got so much love for you brother). but the hour is critical I think. I need true gnosis. And believing is seeing not the other way around I do get and feel that. But I wonder how you cross that threshold for good. I feel like the things that happen now matter so much more than ever before so I'm once again sending an open invitation to the universe to show me what I need to see so that I KNOW beyond the shadow of a doubt so I can avoid the lower timelines and help others ascend. Sadly I can't be hypnotized and I've experienced with psychs aplenty already so it has to come through in a different way. Ultimately I'll always strive to choose love even when in doubt. The negative is the red the red is the passion and if you push away from the passion the passion will lash out against you in anger... It is only when you can mix the blue with the red and the blue represents the positive, honor and justice. This is when you get the ultraviolet which is the red and the blue working together the positive and negative... You cannot push away the negative and treat it like it is unimportant it is the passion! If you push away your passion as it is perceived as evil then it will bubble up and explode... One thing that was mentioned and skimmed over was the leaves being moved off of Olympus.. when I heard Robert say this I was taken instantly back to my 1st wedding.. I had a head dress of something made for me and when I put it on I looked at my mom and said “I look like I belong on Mt. Olympus” this meant nothing at the time but they showed me right then while watching and listening to this that it means we must dust the leaves off of the third eye once this is completed the free flow of information will come.. the key is there.. I’ve had so many interesting experiences throughout my life but just recently (within the past few years) started meditating and accessing the Akoshic records and now diving into the QHHT training.. I’ve been told some of the intergalactic information and answers to what happened years ago will not be shared with me until later.. I’m still actively waiting for that but the more I’m learning and experiencing is completely mind boggling and I’m loving it!!

This discussion was amazing, thank you both. The most mind blowing part was the story around the 23 minute mark. I had a past life regression session in November 2023 by a friend trained in Dolores' method. I saw myself as a man, an explorer in Egypt. I was guided by a hawk, into one of the pyramids where I found a crystal buried in sand, in the middle of the pyramid. When I picked it up an explosion of white light burst out of it, connecting to the cosmos. Crazy that Sarah mentions something similar.
@@marcduchamp5512 I am sure some people have. Have you listened to Dolores' work? She has shared many accounts where people have lived, what I believe you are implying, a more simple life. I can only speak from my experience. The past lives that come through are the ones that have the most relevant messages for the soul in present time. The messages come through from your higher self. Only the ego sees the roles we have played as inferior or superior. It is important for the ego to be put to the side when in a session so there is no judgement. Hope this helps answer your question, but I am not an expert. Only speaking from my own experience.

This whole talk was incredibly profound! In winter I can see Orion and became so drawn to the energy of it this past year. Now I have a better understanding of why. Robert, I love how in awe of your recent accomplishments you are because it makes me think of my own forgotten talents. A friend of mine asked me for a cosmic upgrade and I was about to say “I don’t know what that means” but instead I heard, “sure, I can do that” and suddenly the download came and I knew what to do. A few days later we were together working with the barcodes in a Lumerian quartz bringing in “energy“ from Lyra and Sirius. We ended the session singing the same song in light language. I never get the same request twice but things like that happen so frequently and it makes me laugh because they’re not just your every day requests 😂 My sense of humor and awe of it all has increased exponentially! My ears really pricked up when she mentioned people were seeing dimensional beings. About 8 yrs ago I saw this being watching me with my neighbor's horses. The only way to describe it was it looked just like the cloaked alien from the movie predator. It was translucent, but I could clearly see it's outline. It jumped like a startled person when I looked directly at it and then fell forward to the ground and did this running crawl type thing back into the woods. I was just as shocked myself and couldn't wait to get out of there. I've been obsessed with what happened ever since. It's all I can think about sometimes. I just have so many questions. The experience opened my mind up and left me questioning this reality. The worst part is having to keep the whole experience to myself. Nobody is going to believe that I saw something like that. I even questioned myself within seconds of seeing it, but it happened. The horses never made a peep and they usually miss nothing, then it occurred to me that maybe they were used to seeing it. I have so many questions!

I find myself existing in multiple plains since 2020. So I know, communicate and interact daily with these fractal iteration ls of myself. She imparts so much insight and knowledge trough flow state.I interact with her and she provides me knowledge, language and healing activations modalities for this plane to share with others. . I believe she is here and Im here to help activate the middle path souls through light language experiences. This comes through light codes they are, speaking and quantum flow through intention in ones light body and interaction with the field. I even sign with her like working a 5D plasma touch screen. And i communicate with others in her dimension. Telling stories and teaching. I really appreciate the simplification of view that comes from witnessing aggregated experiences of higher self.

We each came here with a purpose is what I truly believe. I remember a few of my past lives . I get information on them in dreams , or under hypnosis, or Reiki sessions . A great analogy that came to me about the healing process is that of photosynthesis. Just think of how every time we go through pain/trauma/illness which is of a lower frequency, we are a plant taking in carbon dioxide, also of a lower frequency, and while going through the healing process, or the photosynthesis process, we convert/transmute a pain/trauma/illness from a lower frequency to a higher frequency by coming out through the other side and making something good out of something “bad,” just like the plants make oxygen out of carbon dioxide.

I find it very interesting that "manifestation" taught as visualsjng what you want and believing it will magically materialise, generally doesn't work. Apparently those who are most successful in manifesting their desires are those who figure out what all the obstacles to getting there might be, and how to overcome those obstacles should they arise. Isn't that great to know!

Robert’s session was so healing to me. Surrendering instead of chasing the answers, chasing my destiny has been my biggest struggle , when having a north node in pieces. It has been brought to my awareness lately through the study of Kabbalah’s teachings on ‘certainty’ and ‘trust’ and ‘Pause’. Robert’s session just showed me how to do it on a deeper level, and I no longer need to seek for answers. I have venus in gemini, my brain is restless and constantly seek for more information and knowledge. I've been a dental hygienist for 21 years and in the dental industry for over 30 years. I have felt something missing in my life since 2104. Maybe even earlier than that. My eyes were dark brown and have changed to hazel and then to green in the last three years. There is a green ring on the outside half and hazel on the inside. Entering my late 50’s. I’ve gone through a gradual awakening since I was 9, but then has tremendously increased after Aya/Bufo three years ago.

So at ~ 1:15:50 I think you're paraphrasing my comment and I did feel dickish (even though it wasn't intended that way) because listening to you this year has filled me with more awe than anyone else has in a long time and like Sarah said later on, it's really a nice thing of you to share. It's kind of a vulnerable thing.
What's coming up in me lately is a kind of exhaustion I suppose with this feeling of being repeatedly edged and then blueballed by the universe. This "so close yet so far" feeling and I can't be the only one who feels that way. And the 3 paths that you guys were talking about I'm experiencing them all in rapid and sometimes violent succession daily which is where the exhaustion is coming from. I feel like we're so close to this junction point. The lowest path, I think, is nuclear annihilation. The middle path is merging with AI and forgetting spirit and the higher path is remembering who we really are. I feel like I'm right there. I've put more vibrational chips in the higher road this year I think (part of it thanks to you so again, I really meant no harm I've got so much love for you brother). but the hour is critical I think. I need true gnosis. And believing is seeing not the other way around I do get and feel that. But I wonder how you cross that threshold for good.
I feel like the things that happen now matter so much more than ever before so I'm once again sending an open invitation to the universe to show me what I need to see so that I KNOW beyond the shadow of a doubt so I can avoid the lower timelines and help others ascend. Sadly I can't be hypnotized and I've experienced with psychs aplenty already so it has to come through in a different way.
Ultimately I'll always strive to choose love even when in doubt. Thanks for being here Ra. I mean Robert.

One thing that was mentioned and skimmed over was the leaves being moved off of Olympus.. when I heard Robert say this I was taken instantly back to my 1st wedding.. I had a head dress of something made for me and when I put it on I looked at my mom and said “I look like I belong on Mt. Olympus” this meant nothing at the time but they showed me right then while watching and listening to this that it means we must dust the leaves off of the third eye once this is completed the free flow of information will come.. the key is there.. I’ve had so many interesting experiences throughout my life but just recently (within the past few years) started meditating and accessing the Akoshic records and now diving into the QHHT training.. I’ve been told some of the intergalactic information and answers to what happened years ago will not be shared with me until later.. This discussion was amazing, thank you both. The most mind blowing part was the story around the 23 minute mark. I had a past life regression session in November 2023 by a friend trained in Dolores' method. I saw myself as a man, an explorer in Egypt. I was guided by a hawk, into one of the pyramids where I found a crystal buried in sand, in the middle of the pyramid. When I picked it up an explosion of white light burst out of it, connecting to the cosmos. Crazy that Sarah mentions something similar.

I can only speak from my experience. The past lives that come through are the ones that have the most relevant messages for the soul in present time. The messages come through from your higher self. Only the ego sees the roles we have played as inferior or superior. It is important for the ego to be put to the side when in a session so there is no judgement. Hope this helps answer your question, but I am not an expert. Only speaking from my own experience.

Robert, I love how in awe of your recent accomplishments you are because it makes me think of my own forgotten talents. A friend of mine asked me for a cosmic upgrade and I was about to say “I don’t know what that means” but instead I heard, “sure, I can do that” and suddenly the download came and I knew what to do. A few days later we were together working with the barcodes in a Lumerian quartz bringing in “energy“ from Lyra and Sirius. We ended the session singing the same song in light language. I never get the same request twice but things like that happen so frequently and it makes me laugh because they’re not just your every day requests 😂 My sense of humor and awe of it all has increased exponentially! I am surprised but also not surprised anymore. This is such a fun place isn’t it?! 😂❤I love it here!
I just finished watching Robert’s QHHT session and saw this video ❤. I’ve read all your three books Sarah and ended up having two QHHT sessions and have just became a QHHT practioner myself. It is such a powerful technique! And I was gonna say Robert you do look like you’d reversed aging! So happy for this collaboration. 🥰✨

My ears really pricked up when she mentioned people were seeing dimensional beings. About 8 yrs ago I saw this being watching me with my neighbor's horses. The only way to describe it was it looked just like the cloaked alien from the movie predator. It was translucent, but I could clearly see it's outline. It jumped like a startled person when I looked directly at it and then fell forward to the ground and did this running crawl type thing back into the woods. I was just as shocked myself and couldn't wait to get out of there. I've been obsessed with what happened ever since. It's all I can think about sometimes.
I just have so many questions. The experience opened my mind up and left me questioning this reality. The worst part is having to keep the whole experience to myself. Nobody is going to believe that I saw something like that. I even questioned myself within seconds of seeing it, but it happened. The horses never made a peep and they usually miss nothing, then it occurred to me that maybe they were used to seeing it. I have so many questions!

When i woke up this morning i remember a mans voice saying, momma, why do my arms have holes in them. Why are there holes in my body. I could feel him and hear him. Then i opened you tube anf came acrosd this video gettinh ready for work. I have had the strong urge to do past life regression. I will be near Miami the end of Octobrr. I have been wanting to do this since i was 20 when i came across Delores Cannons teachings. I am ready now. Thank you both for your teachings! ❤🎉❤

I find myself existing in multiple plains since 2020. So I know, communicate and interact daily with these fractal iteration ls of myself. She imparts so much insight and knowledge trough flow state.I interact with her and she provides me knowledge, language and healing activations modalities for this plane to share with others. . I believe she is here and Im here to help activate the middle path souls through light language experiences. This comes through light codes they are, speaking and quantum flow through intention in ones light body and interaction with the field. I even sign with her like working a 5D plasma touch screen. And i communicate with others in her dimension. Telling stories and teaching. I really appreciate the simplification of view that comes from witnessing aggregated experiences of higher self.
So interesting on so many levels! The Ra energy is really coming through this year. At the QHHT retreat at Sedona in May, Ra came in during a channeling that Tracy Mahan did. The energy was soooooo powerful. ☀️ So appreciative! 🌀❤️💎

I’m so happy to be able to watch this discussion about Robert Edward Grant’s QHHT session. I listened to that session a couple of times and wished that there would be some sort of follow up. We each came here with a purpose is what I truly believe. I remember a few of my past lives . I get information on them in dreams , or under hypnosis, or Reiki sessions . I am psychic, and am always noticing certain times within just one day of many coincidences in verbal conversation and otherwise .
If I could only tell you guys what your confirmation means to me today ..I travel onwards very much alone ,in love with a woman Ive never met. The pain and the passion have been immense ,I’ve written stories about her ,painted her but circumstances are such that we arn’t communicating ,at the moment,,to me this is such a tragedy …..but it’s also the greatest challenge in my life ,to try and win her confidence again ..my feelings are of epic proportions ..and I have no idea how to resolve the situation ..but I know it’s all for a reason, god it’s painful ..but that pain is also a measure of her value ..to me ..and the universe as a whole ..thank you . We need to be able to see that embracing the pain transmutes it into something so valuable, it’s almost beyond words.Feeling …deep real ..feeling is why we are here .to one day hold her hand would be worth a life time of pain.
