    Apparently the delay is because they now believe its not going to be big enough and they want to redesign it to fit in with the next phase of the project which will be the wxm lager stand

    HI Nick Thank you for ther update I think I read about sometime that they cannot start on that new stand due to a lot of essential piping under there like water,gas ETC I believe they were trying to solve this.

    The funds are available to be released to the club to start work on the new stand but as of today the club have yet to sign the last piece of paper work, some have said its due to maybe a last minute change on the design.

    Great update Mr D, The Racecourse ground is looking a lot better. Temp stands seem to stay a long time, Bleakpool have had one for the away supporters for a very long time.
    As you mentioned building stand extensions from the outside inwards, Man City are doing just that at the moment.

      Great work, magic angles. Construction takes time especially towards the end of site project . Safety and other smaller issues delays the work .

      Think Blackpool are close to completing purchase of final few properties to allow the building of a permanent stand.

    Perhaps a Wrexham supporter can confirm, but as far as I know the temp stand has permission to stay until the end of the upcoming season.
    So I expect nothing to change until Summer 25.

      Note that when they talk about building in two stages, that at first sounds like building the stands first and the rest of the building after, but it might also involve starting building behind the temp stand during the season and then tearing down the temporary stands and starting rest of the work when the upcoming season wraps up in Summer 25, looking to open as early as possible in the following season.
      Actually, come to think of it, that would also be a good look for the doco to have the work behind the temp stands making progress through Season 4.

Posso ajudar a encontrar talentos, alguns talentos, posso mostrar alguns vídeos no TH-cam... Antes de tudo não sou empresario, apenas sou um amante do futebol mundial...

    Strange how people think that going to a Wrexham game is any different than any other at that level. It isn't. Just because they have a tv documentary doesn't make going to a game like Anfield on a European night. Ridiculous. Good effort to go and have a look but I just don't get the fuss at all.

    They are only in League One, so they don't even need that temporary stand. Why would they start building at this stage. Bournemouth are still playing in the Premiership with an 11,000 seater new, but low tech stadium with supporting pillars. which is a scandal really. Why do the PL allow this? Surely entry to the PL should be dependent on the qualifying team having an acceptable ground? Next season Crystal Palace, Brentford and Ipswich are surely unacceptable grounds for the PL?

    • @RoyalT0208
      @RoyalT0208 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Portman Road is a class ground. Proper English four sided stadium with a good capacity. And also nothing wrong with Brentford’s ground, it’s small for Prem but if they get relegated it’s a perfect size for them in the Football League. Bournemouth is scandalous though they’ve been Prem for so many years now and they still haven’t developed from their very League 1 early 00’s Subbuteo pack design

    • @grahamcook9289
      @grahamcook9289 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@RoyalT0208 And Crystal Palace? Still think grounds should meet minimum standards for a team to be accepted into the Premier League, even if it means playing homes games at another ground. Luton's ground last season in the PL was a joke and endangered spectator safety. They could easily have switched to MK Dons for a season.

    • @RoyalT0208
      @RoyalT0208 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@grahamcook9289 Have you ever been to a game before? Luton's ground is not a danger to spectator safety, that's a massive exaggeration. Selhurst Park is fine, it needs an extension but they're working on it. Way you're making out we'd only have 7 or 8 grounds in the country allowed to host Premier League games

      They need the temporary stand because they sell out every week. Wayne Jones, the owner of the Turf, says his pub fills up on a match day with foreign tourists who couldn't get tickets.
