You're right it looks way better and is more waterproof. Good job on the installation and description of what you were doing/why. Can I ask why you are still using the copper rings instead of the crimp style? Crimp style are easier to install and remove/replace when changing things.
@@theguyofalltrades I have been using the crimp style for about 10 years now. I haven't had an issue with them. But I am not a plumber so I only use them on personal projects. I'm watching more of your videos. I just watched the whole house filtration system you put in.

Yes easier to install and remove but I’ve read where they loosen up. Not 100% on that as I haven’t used them before
