Vypin Edavanakkad Harthal: കടൽക്ഷോഭം രൂക്ഷമായിട്ടും നടപടിയെടുക്കുന്നില്ലെന്ന് ആരോപിച്ച് എറണാകുളം എടവനക്കാട് പഞ്ചായത്തിൽ ഹർത്താൽ. തീരദേശ സംരക്ഷണ സമിതിയുടെ നേതൃത്വത്തിലാണ് വൈകിട്ട് ആറുവരെ ഹർത്താൽ ആചരിക്കുന്നത്. പ്രതിഷേധത്തിന്റെ ഭാഗമായി ഇന്നലെ വൈപ്പിൻ സംസ്ഥാന പാത പ്രദേശവാസികൾ ഉപരോധിച്ചിരുന്നു. പ്രദേശത്ത് ടെട്രോപാഡ് കടൽഭിത്തികൾ നിർമ്മിക്കണം എന്നാണ് ആവശ്യം. ജില്ലാ കലക്ടറുമായി ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് സമരസമിതി ചർച്ച നടത്തും.
