I don't get it man. Looking at the views, the first video in this series was your most viewed video in the last month(since imperialism). The other videos view's are in line with most of your others as well. This is easily your best content. The videos did not under perform enough to warrant this "cancellation" in my opinion.
I might've panicked in the moment and made a mistake, and if so I'll own up to it + learn from it. From my experience though, each episode will under perform the next by a significant margin. If I let it play out until an ep 7 or 8, the views would've been very below channel averages. Both 2 and 3 were already a 10/10 (on pace to be worst performing in past 10 videos)

One of the reasons is that the game is available for everyone so more people are playing, but give yourself more credit. We all have the game now and making our own seasons but are still loving to watch your stories. Salud!!
I love the series I’m sad to see it end, BUT I’d love to see it in the cfb offseason too cus it gives me episodic videos to watch and we get to grow with the players and even if you “expand the stadium” redoing the team with a bigger stadium. Love recruiting aswell bringing bigger and bigger recruits every year but eventually you do run out of things to do. Maybe starting in a low conference then moving up could help add depth but you do what you do best and aslong as you make videos I’ll watch them!

Sad that this one is over. My theory as to why it may not have done as well as GRU, the lack of a generic/custom stadiums. GRU had that charm because it could have its own look that helped push the storyline along. Having the Hulu partnership as part of the story really gave that series its own personality, and this one didn’t have that to the same level. I still enjoyed this teambuilder though, I’ll be here for when you do the next one.
Thank you for the videos, make sure you're enjoying the games/series yourself. My 2 cents, winning is inevitable. Straight rebuilds or team builder teams never fail. There is not much suspense. I started following you from a challenge video. I think you should consider adding challenges to your videos. Play Colorado but Travis Henry has to win both an offensive and defensive award to succeed. Play as Michigan but you need to have the #1 defense. I remember you did a rebuild but with only 1 player per state. I personally enjoy videos with a challenge. Keep up the great work!
Love these longer rebuilds, i hate that its not doing well for you but ive watched every second. Hope you can find the time to do more if these in the future
What about fully random conferences and doing a random school selection? If you can edit rosters - do a full CFB reset to where every school has the minimum overall (walk-ons). Would be an entire NCCAF rebuild instead of just one school!
i think a cool idea is with every custom team youve made from ncaa14 to here put them all in and selecting one to play and build their team using that challenge. Like the Alaska team one
I hope in college football26 I would allow to tamper with other teams players and commit recruiting violations. Like I want my coach to be a complete menace
I'm not sure how it would work for the main channel but I've personally really enjoyed the East Carolina and the much more laid back vibe to that series. It feels less like its trying to be a Mock TV series of sorts on a team and more a guy playing a football game and being entertaining which is what I think of from YT Content. I get that the second channel is the less serious channel, but if like you said you want to trial things on the second channel I think this could be a interesting thing to try out. Also, as for this series' moderate success I think a lot of it simply has to do with it feeling less like the journey of a team and more of a longer version of the other rebuilds; with a concept that isn't particularly distinctive from taking a random smaller school. Although I did enjoy this series, if you weren't feeling it I'm sure that would've shown in the final product and made it a worse/less interesting watch so it was a good call to end it here.
Don’t get too down. I watch pretty much every video of yours and I mostly enjoy them. I watch, listen during work and the length is perfect. Many people enjoy your videos as well, check the comments. I could do better as well, be more cognizant to like the videos.

If you do this again I think you need to change the rules to 3 of the same play and go up 2 speeds on coach progression that way the program develops faster. the reason people lost interest is we weren't seeing a large amount of progress from episode to episode. faster coach leveling fixes that and almost everyone I know hated the 1 play rule.
Recording at 4 am?! Your good man your content is good also don't try and rush to make vids for use your mental health matters too but still make content just don't record if your tired people will understand also w series

I enjoyed the series but a rebuild like this would definitely become long-winded. One thing that would help speed it up a bit is removing the 3 star or lower requirement for recruits at the beginning. It's cool looking through a Signing Day and see some crappy team with the 74th best class in the country picked up a 5 star quarterback. Sometimes just one player is all you need to get that kick start.
Definitely loved the Grand Rapids series. I feel like the sliders you started out with on that series made things super difficult for you. So many missed tackles and no interceptions. It was nice to be able to see this team progress faster. Having a team in Wisconsin for team builder would be a great idea I think.
I think the big reason why this isn't doing as well as it should is that the platform is over-saturated with team builder dynasties. At that point, you're competing to have a niche, and episodes that are whole seasons will be at an inherent disadvantage. So you're competing both within the team builder dynasty niche and the season-long episode niche, which naturally means that people wanting shorter-form content, both within it not being a series and within people wanting short episodes, just won't watch the videos. Then there will be part of the viewer-base that needs to watch the episodes in chunks due to time constraints. Keep in mind that it isn't exactly your fault. It's simply something that you need to be ready to accept will happen. I don't mind longer videos within a series but it also makes it hard for me to stay caught up due to time. I didn't fully watch this until I was caught up with NTE's Pandas while watching in chunks.
I really liked this series. I love seeing all the plays because it helps develop those storylines for individual players. I think that if you did this series again it would be cool to put a school in a place like London, Ohio or Paris, Texas because just having that as the schools name might draw a lot of people in
