I have tested WU S.PISTOL +SB and M2000 NL and it take one shot to down the guard so that is why I did not include it in the video because the anti-tranq have no impact on these weapons. Headshot has always been one shot regardless if you are using lethal or non-lethal weapon.

Nice video! But you should test it on swimsuits, because the higher the grade the sneaking suit the higher tranq immunity it has. Great video nevertheless
Thanks! I could have tested on swimsuits but then who actually use it if anybody were to use non-lethal security? Non-lethal security is very rare to find let alone swimsuits non-lethal security.
This wasn't tested thoroughly. Shoot a guard in the head. Any tranq pistol. Shoot em in the body (Sneaking Suits/Swimsuits) with 1 shot WU pistol, watch how fast they wake back up.
Anti-Tranq is about resisting tranquillisers darts, not about how quickly the guards wake up. Also, S++ guards wake up the fastest compared to E rank guards.

Anti-Tranq seems like a good incentive to have NL FOBs. Wish they updated MGO as much as FOBs and high grade items.

Informative video, but what the lower level difference? I mean, does, say Grade 5 Tranq pistol against Grade 6 Anti-Tranq mean bodyshots are useless?

+psycho-octopus yeah true, I didn't even notice a difference on tranq resistance... I think this just makes the guards wake up faster. Pretty useless
