Does urbn powerbank support android phones?
I just got the power bank (URBN 27000 mAh Ultra Compact 22.5W QC+PD Power Bank) yesterday and when I charge it with realme vooc charger it does not fast charge, its green LED does not light up what should I do now?

How long will it take to charge full this ppwer bank? After charging my Urbn 22.5w 20000mah Powerbank took 6 hours and is still blinkling the last(4th) LED light, and if it is still blinking i thought this is not full yet..
I bought 20000mah product to use it during my long trip. During the trip when I have not even used it more than twice, the power back was nor getting charged. As they claim that they offer replacement warranty, I tried calling their customer support, which never gets connected. I raised my complaint through mail. Then they replied that they will arrange for pick up and once they examine the product, they will replace it. They sent a AWB from bluedart for pickup. The next day when I tracked the AWB, the status was"Cancelked through phone". I enquired about this through mail. They replied that they will re arrange a pick up immediately. Which was a week ago. Still no pick up is arranged, nor can I connect to their customer service phone number. Pathetic service....

Why wouldn't someone? It's our hard earned money. Why would people trust Indian brands if u can't even make reliable and quality products or u just import in China and sell it in India under the guise of make in India. @@sabs06

Under the charging capacity on the Box it shows 2.8 × one10T, ( Which has a battery capacity of 4800 mAh) So 2.8 × 4800 is 13440 then why is this rated for 20000mAh .???
Power banks do not give 100% output. Most of the power banks give 70-80% of their output. I have checked many power banks. Most of do the same.
I am seeing a trend here , powerbanks rated for the same but bigger in size show about 75 % where as these "compact" ones show any where from 65%-68%.
This is totally misleading.
I just bought the URBN 20k . Now I am very disappointed. But will use this as I don't have any other power bank n see long term .

@@cranberry8911 there is no such power bank which will provide you 100% , even if you buy goal Zero expensive power banks from USA, which is like 10 to 25k ruppes in india.
Power bank company gives you 19000 mah , but there is many other factors which effects the capacity

Urbn Power banks are highly not recommended. Good for temporary use , good as per size & look but in practical use Urbn power banks neither have correct capacity nor its long durable.
Highly preferred Mi power banks & if budget is high then Belkin / Anker for sure.
