What was fashionable will be fashionable again. I remember when CD's effectively replaced vinyl, then a few years back vinyl became 'in' and fashionable. Retro becomes cool for awhile until the next trend comes along and people move on.

It's funny you mentioned the bug with friezes. I often have issues with them and always wondered if you do too since your builds are so large and detailed. I have issues with them showing up on the inside of houses/not showing up on small sections outside etc. If platforms are one of the causes of that issue its good to know. But yes, i have definitely had that issue too.

Yes, the freezes are acting up on platforms, but I find when I move the platform and put it back, the freeze works, Idk either seems to be a glitch in that lately. Also Beautiful home 🥰🥰

I have some constructive criticism, since you mentioned it! :) It would be cool if your builds fit into the world a bit better; like for example in this build there is a road in front of the lot that has a bit of curvature to it, and your driveway doesn't line up with it. This is just a personal preference but I think it looks better if the builds have a connection to the world around them, like using paths in the same color as the sidewalk out front and lining up paths and driveways with whatever roads or paths lead to the lot. But I'll enjoy your builds regardless of if you choose to take this advice or not 😁
Yes, the platforms interfere with the trims. It is SO annoying. If you place one against a wall, whether inside or outside, your trim will disappear in weird places. Bit sometimes, they only disappear in the following scenario: you put a platform outside near the house, then you build a wall inside that creates an enclosed room connected to that outside wall and THEN the trim disappears. In this case you can put it back but in other cases I haven't been able to. For example, I haven't been able to build a platform in the basement close to an outside wall and put my trim back. Can have platform in the middle, but not connected to an outside wall... super frustrating.
