@@karenebevanswild115aw man, that sucks! I used to struggle with appetite as well. Exercising for 10 minutes before eating, and eating while listening to an audiobook or watching tv, usually helped me. Maybe they'll help you too?

I have add and can’t sit and watch a whole Mukbang video without wanting to click on another video after 10 minutes so these compilations help keep me watching one video of mukbangs. For some reason I can watch video game videos longer than mukbangs though.
