When I was pregnant I went swimming with the manatees. A mama brought her baby over and she stayed with me the entire time I was in the water. Sweetest ever!
Don’t be afraid of manatees, they are vegetarian sea cows. They are gentle giants, seem to like people, seek out human attention, love belly rubs, and are calm by nature….very sweet animals. There has never, ever been a case of a manatee harming or attacking a human. Be afraid of alligators in the water down there, but not manatees.
The manatee is also protected by the Florida Manatee Sanctuary Act of 1978, which states: "It is unlawful for any person, at any time, intentionally or negligently, to annoy, molest, harass, or disturb any manatee."
This is your “new way of life”. I say unwinterize your home 🏠 🚐 and along with this new lifestyle you need to watch the weather dependent on where your going to be and the time of year. If by chance it’s fall and a cold front is coming through the beauty is that you can drive to warmer climates if you’re not ready to winterize. I think there are apps for RV-ers that show which roads are passable in the national parks. Remember that couple that followed their GPS and wound up getting stuck? They had a bigger rig, but still.... not all roads are equal.

Those are called love bugs. We get them bad May & October. Your van will get plastered with them on the highway, wash off daily as the body of the big will eat into your paint
Love your videos! Two things 1) you mentioned that your face has been breaking out when you showed us the Dove. Try to not use scented soap on your face. My dermatologist suggestions using a bar of the sensitive Dove. Or just an unscented product in general and a gentle moisturizer. You may want to try that. Of course everyone’s skin is different 2) I think it’s time to de-winterize your van. Use the conveniences available to you 😊 3) can you go back to showing us some of the maintenance things that you do regularly like getting propane 4) Have a great day!

Publix has some amazing shrimp that they will even steam for you and put Old Bay seasoning on. Amazing! The water stays that temp year-round at the springs. Keep the Planet Fitness. It's worth it just for the showers. Plus with you traveling a lot, having your workout will save your life! Waze is a great app for travel too.
I know folks who used to swim with manatees they’re harmless. Now with alligators it’s a totally different story you should stay way from them in ponds or lakes. Love bug season is in May. They tend to get inside the grill of vehicles. Peppermint oil should help. Your local commercial fisherman and seafood markets appreciate your support! It’s up to you but it’s getting closer to summertime and even in northern parts of US and Canada it will be warm enough to not freeze pipes at least through October. So I would suggest unwinterizing for now and in 4 months winterize again.

Very wise to add walnuts to the menu is a must. They are loaded with all good stuff. And fresh gulf shrimp are the best and usually not as fishy as others.

Dinner looks great. I love homemade but sometimes the bottle is easier. I use Raos Roasted Garlic Alfredo it is closest to homemade. We use in a pinch and when I am a little lazy lol. A little pricy but worth it. I have to try the pasta.
I did try that Salmon the other week when you first mentioned and yes it was the best in flavor and fresh and it's expensive for me but worth it too. I had 3 and paid $27. Thank you for the recommendation.😁

I lived in Florida for a year when I was a teenager those love bugs can cause a problem for clogging the front of your radiator, a lot of people used like a screen bra on the front of their vehicles. That was in 1974 , I remember my dad complaining about those love bugs.

And God is going to really bless you today I went to Walmart and got me some green spinach salad some pieces of rotisserie chicken and the Chobani Greek yougurt (cocunut) flavored substitute it with the yogurt instead of ranch and it was soooo good and I’m full I’m also 8 months pregnant so I crave a lot of bad things but you even got me to start eating healthy after I have this baby, during my post Partum stage lol: I can’t wait to cook the salmon 🍣 though I’m going to do that after the baby. Ive gotten my share of tickets at that Cortez and 41 intersection in Bradenton. Just moved from there to Tampa. I see you went over the Green bridge. Great place to get exercise on that incline. I can't believe I have not ran into you yet. That Planet Fitness across from Burlington Coat Factory is another great place to exercise too... My thang is, Ive lived in Florida all my life and have never been to the springs. I have to get there.

I remember when I first got together with my husband we used to be not rich but love to travel so we drove where ever we could. We had a garmin and even though it's been years we still remember him (we programmed him to a voice named Daniel) as our third travel buddy 😂 If there is ever bad cell service and you need to reroute or get turned around the garmin is so important! That spring you saw was so beautiful and clear looking... I would love to see a manatee up close but maybe like you I'd be a bit too scared to get too close!

Manatees are friendly and harmless. The best portable air conditioner is the Zero Breeze Mark 2 for camping. You will thank me in July,lol.

I lived in Florida for a year when I was a teenager those love bugs can cause a problem for clogging the front of your radiator, a lot of people used like a screen bra on the front of their vehicles. That was in 1974 , I remember my dad complaining about those love bugs.

And God is going to really bless you today I went to Walmart and got me some green spinach salad some pieces of rotisserie chicken and the Chobani Greek yougurt (cocunut) flavored substitute it with the yogurt instead of ranch and it was soooo good and I’m full I’m also 8 months pregnant so I crave a lot of bad things but you even got me to start eating healthy after I have this baby, during my post Partum stage lol: I can’t wait to cook the salmon 🍣 though I’m going to do that after the baby. Keep going you’re helping a lot of people!! ❤❤❤ and I love Publix I try to shop there a lot when I have time!

Ive gotten my share of tickets at that Cortez and 41 intersection in Bradenton. Just moved from there to Tampa. I see you went over the Green bridge. Great place to get exercise on that incline. I can't believe I have not ran into you yet. That Planet Fitness across from Burlington Coat Factory is another great place to exercise too... My thang is, Ive lived in Florida all my life and have never been to the springs. I have to get there.

I learned over time not to store items in boxes because cardboard is a nice home for certain bugs.

I remember when I first got together with my husband we used to be not rich but love to travel so we drove where ever we could. We had a garmin and even though it's been years we still remember him (we programmed him to a voice named Daniel) as our third travel buddy 😂 If there is ever bad cell service and you need to reroute or get turned around the garmin is so important! That spring you saw was so beautiful and clear looking... I would love to see a manatee up close but maybe like you I'd be a bit too scared to get too close!
