Nampally LakshmiNarsimha Swamy

Just 2 kilometers away from the town of Vemulawada we can find an interesting
temple, at Nampally Gutta near Vemulawada,Telangana State.
It is the Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy temple.It is 7km from Sirsilla village and 35km
from Karim Nagar Town. The temple is nestled on a small hilltop on the highway
connecting Vemulawada and Karimnagar.
Vehicles are only restricted to a certain distance on the hill from where the tourists
have to walk a few hundred steps that lead to the top. The climb up to the temple
may be strenuous as it is slightly steep. When you reach the top of the hill, you will
reach this small temple dedicated to Lord Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy. The shape of
the hill resembles a lion. Atop the hill, a likeness of lord Sri Krishna on the top of the Kalindi snake
attracts pilgrims.
