My 9 yo daughter has been dealing with a mystery illness for over a year now, 4 months of hospitalization & drs could never figure it out. I finally went to a functional med practitioner & he did some testing & found high amounts of mold in her system! I told her regular drs and they are skeptical! This has been such a nightmare because my daughter is in a wheelchair on the verge of death & the health care system failed us! She starts her mold detox today. I will start sharing her story to spread awareness

@@beterc0re20 my daughter is currently in hospital, I had a mold inspector come to the house today to check for mold & make sure my daughter is ok to come back home. She most likely got sick while we lived in Hawaii for 3 years (huge mold issue in Hawaii) we’re working with Evan Brand, I have a detox protocol from Evan Brand with vitamins, minerals, electrolytes, probiotics, microbe slayer, & a binder & I have to start her very very slowly. It will take a while to recover her brain & immune system is on fire. Also lots of polyphenols (carrots, ocra, asparagus, artichoke, & beets are great) & make sure 1-2 stools a day

Good video. If you have been diagnosed as 'possible' MS, then you should consider Lyme also, which is often misdiagnosed as MS. Lyme disease is very difficult to diagnose correctly and not easy to treat when it has been with you long term. Often people with Lyme are more sensitive to mold. Herbal treatments, Ivermectin and Methylene Blue are good to use. Good luck young Sir.

      @hschick
I was also removed from the environment.
I was VERY sick, and had sores on my face from the humidity, moisture, and condensation inside the apartment.
I was constantly wiping, rubbing, and scratching my itchy face, which caused scars that I still have to this day.
There were literally water droplets on an area of the ceiling, and
Mold under the carpet, behind the refrigerator, and in the drywall, behind the paint.
We also had something like an $1800. gas bill, due to the hot water constantly streaming from the bathtub faucet.
There was also a leaking Toilet in the apartment upstairs, above ours, which contaminated our apartment.
And, the land surrounding the apartment was misgraded, and the water from the sprinklers flowed TOWARD the apartment, instead of AWAY from it.
It was literally a MOLDLY HELLHOLE! 😫
I was taken out of the apartment via ambulance, and the Fire Chief came, and condemned the apartment.
      We moved out shortly after.
It took me a very long time to heal from that incident.
It took a very detrimental toll on my physical, mental, and emotional health!
I am STILL traumatized by the events surrounding that incident that occurred nearly 20 years ago. 😰
It's better if I don't think about it, or talk about it, or remember it.
It's opening up old wounds that took a LONG time to overcome. 😓

Sounds very similar to our experience in the states. New construction here in Virginia allows HVAC ductwork in unconditioned crawlspaces which leads to condensation in the HVAC systems that can lead to mold in the air. It's hard to pinpoint since the water and the mold is hidden behind walls and leaves no visible signs, just illness.

My daughter has been battling mold illness and Lyme disease for 2 and a half years. We know remission is around the corner. Finding the right doctor and supplements is one of the main keys to getting better. Our home has been remediated. It’s a constant battle with dust and mold spores with 5 filtration air machines along with dusting and mopping the walls and ceilings. Our house is cleaner than a laboratory. It’s exhausting work but health is way more important. We have learned more about mold illness, brain health, remediation, supplements and treatments than we ever thought we needed to. Best wishes for your continued wellness journey.

Thanks for sharing your story. Did you end up on Cholestyramine? I lived in an old rental last year which had high readings of aspergillus. The RE agent was just fricken terrible, withholding the air swab results from me. I put in a claim in a small courts system here in Australia that is designed to take on cases like this regarding renters and it was ordered the mould test results must be released to me. After I took that action, the agent told me I could exit the lease without penalty. Some of these agents are literally criminals and need to be held accountable.
I've been out for nearly a year and now my energy levels are still not great, my stomach acid levels are very low too. I can take 10+ betaine HCl caps and not feel any burn. I will be consulting with a naturopath soon, but I do wonder if extended water fasting is effective for healing from this. I am lean, but I believe I have enough stores to pull off at least 12-14 days on water alone.

There’s a toxic soup of organisms and their toxic metabolic byproducts in water damaged buildings…not only mold and mycotoxins. Unfortunately, mycotoxins decimate mitochondria, inhibit protein synthesis, shutdown detoxification and are genotoxic/carcinogenic. I actually went carnivore to prevent muscle wasting and being composted. But we’re all unique. Research Dr Jill Crista, she’s a naturopath that trains other doctors on this complicated issue and freely shares a lot of great advice on her site and TH-cam

I had this as a symptom as well. But mine was both numbers 1 and 2. It’s embarrassing, but I’m being honest so that other people can be honest and understand their symptoms. This is very real, so there’s really nothing to be ashamed or embarrassed about it’s human. I’ve had a massive mold, exposure and parasitic infection that led my health downhill at 30 years old and previous to that I’ve been in perfect health my entire life. Not one underlining health condition or concern, until I was exposed to massive mold in an apartment that I lived in for about a year everything problems, problems, G.I. problems, sinus problems, scary episodes that would land me in the hospital weekly, I felt like my body was shutting down massive inflammation throughout my body I had no idea that I developed food since activities on top of it and I’ve never had an allergy in my life, numbness and tingling in my hands and feet, weird spasms throughout my bodies, I was just a mess and my symptoms were so weird all over the place and it wasn’t until about three years into my journey, trying to figure it out Carnivore diet and borderline vegan vegetarian but going carnivore literally saved my life and I’m talking within two weeks. All my symptoms started dissipating, but I did expect to get 100% better on the carnivore diet just as everyone I researched claimed they had. But the differences with people who have really bad, mold or parasitic infections it still needs to be treated so instead of getting 80% better I can get 100% better. Even though it helps tremendously carnivore is the only thing that has given me any level of normalcy back in my life. I developed really bad diarrhea so not only was I wedding the bed and mind you I’m a grown ass woman, potty, trained, fully potty trained, lol but with my laundry list of symptoms that was just one more thing to add to the laundry list and then during the days if and when I had to go to the bathroom, sometimes it would come on immediately so strong my diarrhea number twos and I would accidentally shut myself. I know it sounds funny, but it makes me really sad Because this has ruined my quality of life and I don’t wish this on anybody. I really thought I was losing my mind and I’ve had numerous conventional medicine. Doctors tell me this was all in my head. Like yeah OK Mr. or Mrs. Dr. me wedding in the bed like never before me shitting myself my heart palpitations the breathing problems. The massive inflammation all the gut issues all the food sensitivitiesall the neurological issues yeah it’s all in my head. So what I found is that conventional medicine is bullshit and they can’t actually help anybody so I’ve stepped outside into integrative and functional medicine where they can actually not only diagnose me properly but then properly treat me.

Some areas in Portugal are dry, you are right. Coastal areas are definitely more affected by mold. However, the problem there are the outdated and improper building practices and the fact that it rains a lot during winter. The water/moisture accumulates as the houses are not built for that. You add the fact that Portugal is a cold country with a hot sun and you get condensation problems. It's not all bad and I'm sure you can find a great home. We just shared our experience with a few houses we tried to rent before we gave up.

You can definitely do something about the mould in your environment. I lived in London and know mould is common there as well. If you're renting, it's the landlord's responsibility to ensure the place is safe to live. I know this can be a battle, but there are still nice people and landlords out there who will understand and help :) Watch our video on how to clean mold in your home, that might be helpful. However, if the mold is in the structure of the house, the only remedy is to move. You cannot keep on detoxing your body for ever. It's hard, but it can be done. Good luck :)

That was part of my difficulties, and still is. MOLD shuts down your immune system, which causes you to not kill off the pathogens enter your body. Like that person was saying the bloating. Having to take so much HDL digestive enzymes to even get a burn? But our digestive system is not working. It cannot kill the unwanted invaders that enter a body. I’ve been dealing with mold, my whole life. I am a canary in a coal mine for sure! it’s impossible to escape MOLD it is everywhere! Yes, even in the desert I live in Arizona bad here. So the detox protocol will go on for the rest of my life and eat clean, detox nonstop.

I get what you’re saying but I can’t really agree with this since it’s an argument over semantics.
It’s kind of like “everything is a chemical” which yeah, cool, but that’s not what most people mean when they say they want to avoid chemicals.
The real issue when it comes to natural vs western biomedicine treatments is that natural treatments more often address root causes of issues whereas western biomedicine mostly manages symptoms.
Yes there are some functional drugs but that’s where the big pharma argument comes in where the access to those is systematically limited. Other times like I talk about in this video the functionality lies in offlabel use.
So I prefer ‘natural’ because I know there are always risks and side effects to molecules and often when you delve into them you realise these risks are disproportionate to just handling something with a natural healing modality. But I will still use them when there is a clear benefit and function.

I’ve been doing castor oil packs on my abdomen with essential oils. check out Queen of thrones information. I have battling health issues for nine years. Flu vaccine injury, and MOLD. I finally just started doing a castor oil protocol every night it worked! I’m totally against the medical field stuff. They don’t do crap! Well, I use some prescription drugs, but I get them from another country. That’s to kill parasites Febendazole

The medical system dismissing or being skeptical of the possibility of mold causing health issues is sadly too common. I'm so sorry to hear you're going through this and thank you for sharing to spread awareness. I really hope your daughter recovers fast. Was the mold present in your home? Let us know if you need advice on getting rid of it.
