I think you're right in that premium packs are best bet for SRs and possible SPRs.

A lomg with many specials and Super rare cards .

N I am not entirely sure. But buying a case of the premium packs is your best net on pulling the God rare
I pulled my first God rare Bardock out of 4 premium packs. Pure dumb luck. Honestly
