I have an Apache RTR 180. It's currently on it's 18,000 Km.
My bikes Service provider hasn't did any tapped clearance to my bike yet. Now, I can hear a noise like two metals collision inside the engine and I feel like bike start cuts off but it's automatically recovers from it and runs normal.
This issue happens very rare.
Could you guess the actual problem? Is it related to the tapped adjustment and should I adjust the tapped on my next service?

I already taken the caliper off the wheel including the fluid hose. Is there a way to extract the pistons if both a closed? I tried that way the new brake fluid is not moving the pistons. Help me please
Just pump by pressing and depressing brake lever, that will push out the pistons.
Or else remove air through purge hole then pump by brake lever, piston will come out

How to identify intake value and exhaust valve while adjusting tapper clearance
For RTR 180, standart values are 0.06mm - 0.08mm. And service limits are 0.08 - 0.10mm.
For RTR 150, what are the values?
So which setting will be best
0.07 in inlet and 0.11 in exhaust
@@pronaysaha2953 I only have metric quide. Not the inch one. So, I do 0.05mm and 0.10mm which are closer to these. It works...
