How to tea tone a cyanotype print by Jo Howell

This is a quick film on how I use tea to tone my cyanotype prints. This process can take a couple of days due to the drying times in between, but it's worth taking your time to better control the results.

Caustic washing soda bleaches nicely as well. I like your work.

I only had household bleach in. It works OK on decent thick paper, but I would probably go for dilute soda if I was working on thinner paper :)

I use caustic washing soda solution on my cyanotype. It bleaches nicely and instantly.
