Hope they design a fatter elite which has same/better range than spirit 1.0 plus.
The elite is a fantastic replacement for trolling motors. But for using as an outboard the range is just not enough. Not even close.

Interesting idea. I think the elite has it’s place. I often have older customers who don’t need extended range but want the lightest option they can get or weekenders that just want to get to the sandbar/beach/shore and usually a mile or less. I think this will be who it’s for. I’m looking forward to putting it to the test in real world conditions.

It really needs to have connections for an external battery. That way you can get the ultra lightweight but if you need the endurance it's as simple as an additional 24 volt battery.

1kw isn't 3hp it's 1.34 very poor quality you will waste your money

The Spirit has been meeting the needs of users for about 10 years as a 3hp equivalent replacement with many satisfied owners and I personally use one. I’m happy to demo one for you.

sorry dear, I ve notice whenever is a video concerning the power of 1.0 spirit plus you are making negative reviews...why you are doing that. I ve bought one and is a very good and powerful machine for my rib 3m ...maybe you work from a competitor firm!!! its a pity
