I don't know if you know this, but Atomic Blast does more damage if you stop just before it's fully charged, and I mean a lot more damage. Most people don't know that.
I wouldnt consider Blaster ball the strongest for the Ki it eats up. 10 bars of Kii and it barely does something alot of Ultimates do for like 3 bars. then there is X100 Big bang Kamehameha. which eats 5 bars or ki and does almost 3 full bars of damage on its own, tying it with something like Spirit bomb to lock and place and assault vanish to lead into the ult, 7-9 bars and its an Instant kill. I know we arent talking about Ults here, but we should still put into account how much Ki - Damage ratios

Candy Beam (Majin Buu), Freezing Beam (Eis Shenron), Ice Field (also Eis Shenron), Burst Reflection (Nuova Shenron), Eye Beam (Androids 16, 19 and 20), Petrifying Spit (Dabura), Evil Flame (also Dabura), Dimensional Hole (Janenba), Whirlwind Blade (Oceanus Shenron), Burst Attack (also Nuova Shenron), . That implies that (in-universe) the Future Warrior has the ability to not just copy techniques (I'll allow magic as a learnable skill in the DB universe, along with psychokinesis) but also supernatural abilities that are unique to specific individuals and races.
The move blows since its practically impossible to land unless your opponent never moves. Even on stamina breaks your opponent falls too fast before you can make it connect. Also, what good is a move if it does good damage when you're losing?

It's damage is base form. Nothing. Prolly a Saiyan man. Again it doesn't matter. List is to determine the most powerful moves.

For instance Kamehameha boost is top 5 in attack skills yet it's practicality in combat reduces its overall dps. Or if there's a unique move like sneaky strike I can come here check out the move quickly and know where it stands compared to its peers. You've failed to realize how valuable this video series truly is.
liked the video but its a little inaccurate to say blaster ball is the best when you used the max ki for the demonstration but did not do the same for flash bomber or crazy finger shot. if im not mistaken flash bomber would be the definitive winner because of how much ki it can use, and especially on knockdown punishes with flash bomber being fired from the air you can break almost a full two bars
So is lightning of absolution if you use it at point blank range. Watched 2 videos and can point point out at least 5-10 moves per video that he isnt showing the best damage with certain moves but goes out of the way to make sure other moves do their maximum damage, so I'm ill just stick to my own knowledge

Not sure how blaster ball has avoided a nerf. The ai wont vanish it and its fast enough to catch enemies at the end of a knockback combo.

Atomic blast is does more damage in the second charge than the third. Also it does damage while charging

The max ki was used for every move, some moves cant go to a full 10 bars of ki.
Burst reflection does more damage if you absorb damage with it. Not by much though so probably not important

Good question, each race has different stats so it would be tough to determine a spot accurately, so race exclusive moves were left out.
