so much creativity
I received some oil pastels for Christmas, but wasn't sure how to work with them. This has been very helpful, such a simple way to create something beautiful and encourages me to try them which is great. I want show the person who gave them to me that their gift is being appreciated.
So glad it was helpful! Thanks for watching ☺️

Just now seeing this video!! I LOVED watching how you did that background with the oil pastels. I'm always trying to figure out how to use those in coloring books and what you've done here is amazing! Now I'm inspired to try this...maybe for one of H.K.'s potion bottle pages!! Thank you soooo much for sharing!!! 😍💖

Hello Erica Gorgeous. The Craypass oil pastels did you find those on Amazon. This was lovely I like the effect💞
Thanks!! This is a link to the set of pastels I have. amzn.to/43TNrvC They aren’t as inexpensive as I remembered, but still not bad.
This came out really gorgeous! I don't have any oil pastels but this makes me want to try them. Do they smear onto the next page after you spread them out? I know you can spray fixative, but I really don't like to spray my pages. TFS!
Thanks!! If fixatives aren’t for you, I think adding a piece of wax paper between the pages would be a good idea. Mine isn’t too thick, but pressure when coloring a different page may cause some transfer.
