I know coaching opportunities don't come up all too often especially for HC but just like with Ben/Lions I think any vikings coordinator/assistant would be smart to stay and build something with this team for a few years. Build your resume and demand then when the opportunity arrises you have even more negotiating power

I still think the Flores-Tua thing is a bigger deal with teams than the Flores lawsuit, because no one has yet been able to explain how the NFL would penalize a team for hiring a coach with a lawsuit against the league. If that were the case, the Vikings wouldn't have hired Flores. Let's also remember that an owner won a much more publicized lawsuit against the NFL and a year or two later hoisted the Lombardi Trophy. I do think Flores gets some interviews this time around, and maybe a team pulls the trigger, but I think he's paying a price more for his past than his present.
@JayJulo not really, McCarthy is cheap and most of the defensive players that are leaving are just washed up veterans that look decent because of the pressure Flores apllies. If we had a great offensive line our offense would be unstoppable. The only issue I see is if Flores leaves. Aside from that we have so much cap space we could go all in.
