Leave that the actual law section 345 (a) if I am not wrong has only mention of men sexually assaulting women. There is no mention of women assault women, women assault men, men assault men, men assault trans, women assault trans, trans assault trans. The law was about to change including all of the above, but it was opposed and lobbied against massively by some specific organization and individuals who flat out rejected that this type of sexual assault (rape) exist at all. The Rape law needs to be reformed since these statements that (1) only a man can commit rape (2) penile penetration is a condition for rape (3) rape is a gendered crime.
