- MILO JELLY SALAD
INGREDIENTS
MILO JELLY:
2 cups water
2 packet unflavored gelatin powder (14g)
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup milo powder
1/2 tsp instant coffee
MILO CREAM MIXTURE
1 can all-purpose cream (225ml)
1 cup condensed milk
3/4 cup milo powder
1/4 cup Small sago

Giving this a try, looks delicious.
1. Pour 2 cups of water in a pot
2. Pour 2 packets of unflavored jelly powder
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup milo powder
1/2 tsp instant coffee
Stir and bring to a boil
Once it starts to boil, remove from the heat
Pour into food container
Allow jelly to set/refrigerate
Cut milo jelly into cubes
Set aside
4 cups water bring to a boil
1/4 cups small sago
Cook fot 15 minues med hear
Stir every 3 mins
After 15 mins, remove from the heat
Cover the pot and allow the sago to soak for 10 mins (to furyher cook ghe inside of sago)
Drain cooked small sago
Rinse with cold water
1 cup condensed milk
1 can all purpose cream
Add 3/4 cup milo
Wishk well until milo is totally melted
Add milo jelly cubes
Add sago
Mix all together
Transfer milo jelly salad into sealed container
Chill for 5 to 6 hrs
Serve.
When do you start heating the jelly mix? From the beginning or after you mix everything?

Edited: After a year, since the last time (the first time) I made one ( I can't believe it's been a year!🥺) I made one again and it's still delicious!! I've a free time and I've been craving for some jelly and creamy dessert .😆

Thank you! Sawang sawa na kami sa coffee jelly😂 kakagawa ko lang nito kanina.
Mahirap idissolve ang milo sa mixture kaya may lifehacks akong ginawa, hinalo ko muna sa konting mainit na tubig bago ko hinalo sa cream mixture para konti lang (or wala) yung buo.
Tapos hindi ko na ni-measure yung milo kasi yung 1 sachet of milo is roughly 1/4 already. Bale ang nagamit ko dito is 5 sachets of milo. 2 sa jelly mix, 3 sa cream mixture. Skl naman po.
