I love when the ride is 100 pesos, they charge 200, and I haggle fiercely down to 100. THEN, if they're a good safe driver. I tip the extra 100 pesos and tell it's because they are safe and responsible driver. The smiles I see when I do this. It's awesome.
"Walking Tours" is a great idea! I am trying to keep my schedule relaxed and not overly planned, but there is so much to see and do in such a short time. A return trip is practically guaranteed.
