This is "Kaze no sumu machi" (trans: a town where the wind lives) by Yanagi nagi. I do not have the links for the pictures in this video, but i hope you still enjoy the nice music:)) sweet dreams!
Forgive the roughness (and length) of my translation, I do not speak Japanese, but this was my modest effort relying on my memory of the previous translation I read (and which disappeared) and what I can do myself. In olden days, I read a picture book mukashi ehon dey yonda 昔 絵本でよんだ Of a garden which floated in the sky sora ni ukabu kouen そらにうかぶ公園 The children of Constantinople & Rome+ Constanchiru roomu no kodomo-ra wa コンスタンチルロームのこどもらは Today, too, they still search the skies++ kyou mo sora wo sagashite 今日も空をさがして On the northside of third avenue, juusan ban gai kita gawa 壱拾参番街 北側 There is the shop with a red lamp akai rampu no omise あかいラムプのお店 If you find the maps of Constantinople & Rome there, Constanchiru roomu no chizu naraba コンスタンチルロームの地図ならば Whatever you seek to find will be on those maps+++ soko ni oide aru kara そこにおいてあるから The travelers of Constantinople & Rome constanchiru roomu no tabi bito wa コンスタンチルロームの旅人は Today, too, they are seeking that dream++++ kyou mo yume wo moto mete 今日も夢をもとめて A little, little story chiisana chiisana ohanashi ちいさなちいさなお話 Now it is coming to the end korede mou oshimai これでもうお終い The children of Constantinople & Rome constanchiru roomu no kodomo-ra wa コンスタンチルロームのこどもらは You entranced-readers of the picture book+++++ ehon wo yonda anata dey 絵本をよんだあなたで The travelers of Constantinople & Rome consutanchiru roomu no tabi bito wa コンスタンチルロームの旅人は I am now an entranced-writer of a picture book ehon wo kaita watashi dey 絵本をかいたわたしで +The original sentence does not contain a conjunction like 'and', but Constantinople-Rome does not sound quite right. I interpret the cities as being a stand-in for Europe as those were the two most important cities of the Roman Empire which (more or less) encompassed Europe. The historical nicknames for the two cities are 'The Eternal City' (coincidentally, also the nickname for Kyoto, the old Imperial capital of Japan) and 'The Queen of Cities'. ++ 空, pronounced 'sora', has many meanings. I encourage you to look them up. Aside from referring to the skies, it also refers to emptiness. It is as if to say, 'they pursue the skies' and 'they pursue empty heavens'. Presumably, looking for that 'garden' in the skies. +++ This section has given me some grief. I couldn't find an easy way to shorten the English to convey the meaning since it seems like they used a poetic way of speaking which reduced their wordage to incredible brevity, which I can't convey in English properly. This connection may be spurious, but I believe the poetry of Samurai was often of similar character. With just a few words and a simple analogy, they attempted to convey deep sentiments. Note that the way I rephrased things will not translate back properly, since I took some license and did not translate completely literally. It is my impression that the 'children' are Westerners and the 'travelers' are the non-Westerners (Japanese) who embraced elements of Western culture and ideas. The maps refer to Western achievements, like circumnavigating the globe. ++++ 夢, pronounced 'yume', as well as meaning 'dream' also means 'obsession' or 'ecstasy' or 'delirium' or 'trance'. +++++で, 'pronounced 'dey', replaces を, pronounced 'wo', after the transition from 空 ('sora') to 夢 ('yume'). The change reflects, I think, a switch from the activeness (searching the skies) to entrancement. TR/N: "Faustian culture, also known as Western culture, is characterized by its restless thrust towards the infinite and unattainable." Taken from Yale's article on Spengler.
When I listen to this I just close my eyes, and I feel like my soul and body travels to a different dimension. This peaceful and awesome castle, where I can live with zero worries and just chill :)

In the city of zephyrs, you had another dream. A sheet of clouds covered above, as you lay on your bed of stars. You felt the soft and warm breaths, so you smiled, for you were drawn in on this vast plain of hopes. You looked forward, and discovered that pretty bridge, beckoning your coming; you know that for you to go home, you still have to keep moving...
This is beautiful as per usual miss!! You have such an amazing voice :) What I was going to ask was, can you send me some animes I should get into? I've watched Witch Hunter Robin, FMA, etc haha thank you!! x
anime is a style of art just to let you all know and yeah it makes me think of the studio ghibli films like tonari no totoro mixed with howls moving castle oh and spirited away

10年ぶりに聴いた
あの時は小学生でこの声も曲調も動画で流れる絵も何もかも好きだった…
やなぎなぎさんに没頭したあの期間、とてもいい思い出です。
声が澄んでいて癒される...
久しぶりに聴きに来た 癒された 頑張れる
いつも毎夜で寝てみようとこの歌を聞いてる :)
何回聴いても美しい歌だ。
この位シンプルで、なのに情景が浮かんでくる曲もない。
Ever since I found this song 3 years ago, there has never been a song like it. No song I have found compares to its unique beauty.
+kaii456 yanagi is the best singer that i''ve ever heard
