From a players perspective I don't see how this is a shot in the arm for them or how this motivates the fanbase even. This wasn't a decision made based on trying to get back to the Super Bowl. The DC left Dallas, went to Washington to be the HC and is now in the NFC Championship game for whats basically the NFC East Bowl with Commanders vs. Eagles. What does Jerry do? Hires the OC of his struggling team who missed the playoffs to be the HC. This was NOT a good decision. Carroll is now bringing energy to Las Vegas, Vrabels going back to his old team in New England...Dallas...Brian Schottenheimer. Yikes.
