I really hope you manage to find some sort of recovery that works for you. I know it can be daunting to think of life without gambling but having read your comment, if you can get a Hold of it now and manage to stop then you have got many many years ahead hopefully without the stress, hurt and pain the addiction causes.
Ya don't want to be 20 years on saying I wish I had stopped 20 years ago then I wouldn't be in this mess.
