You can start by talking to a camera and uploading it in YT. I have been doing this for the last 20 days to improve my fluency and it has helped me a lot. You don't have to upload it but you can just record and practice for a few days.

You can start by talking to a camera and recording it. If you want you can upload it on YT to improve your confidence. If not just practice speaking to the camera about a topic of your interest and do it for a few days. I am sure it will be helpful, I'm doing the same in my channel and it has been around 20 days and it definitely helped me.
