We have reciprocating compressor 3 stages with 4 cylinder so from 0-50% unloader valve will take action and from 75-100 % fixed clearance pocket will take action please can you explain this scheme

Likely your unit has two (2) 1st-stage cylinders, one (1) 2nd-stage cylinder, and one (1) 3rd-stage cylinder. Since unloading of the 1st-stage is usually the best option, then likely your unit has suction valve End Deactivators over the Head End (outboard) suction valves (large discrete load steps), and Clearance Pockets (smaller discrete load steps) on the Front Head. The unit "may" have some unloading on the 2nd or 3rd stage, but not all that common (although the higher stages may have suction valve end deactivators for starting the unit). Thus, with two (2) 1st-stage cylinders (hence, four compressing ends: two Head Ends and two Crank Ends), each end deactivator (when loaded) will load up 25% of the flow -- and thus your 0% to 50% increase in the base, fully unloaded, unit flow. Then, the 1st-stage clearance pockets can load (close) to increase unit flow to its maximum flow rate (assuming unit is not overloading its driver). In short, when unit is very much unloaded (0% to 75%), the End Deactivators are used to load it (larger load step changes). Then, as unit approaches its full load ability (75% to 100%), the Clearance Pockets are used to take smaller load steps changes to get close to full load, but not exceeding it.

Thanks dear we three stages and 4 cylinders .first stage we cylinder No4&2 ,second stage we have cylinder No3 and third stage we have cylinders No 1.Also we have 7 Solenoid valve connected to unloader and clearance pocket.fixed clearance pocket located at cylinder No.1&3. Please if you have further information and explanation about this logic just share with us .if you Like just share your email I will send PFD
