At the start of your video The blue car with white stripe and the hood up is a co owned T&J engineering ‘Hornet’ built in 91-93 by my friends father. Put back on the road after a long lay up over the past month, first proper outing was to Newark.
Thank you for the comments on my Healy Enigma, bought as a chassis and body panels five years ago, using MX5 mk3 suspension and interior, doors and power hardtop, a Lexus 4.0 ltr V8 and Auto transmission and four years hard work. Registered last May so been on the road for just over a year now. Correct in the comments saying that most have been produced as turnkey cars but not this one.
Well I was really impressed with your car it was a treat to see such lovely design and professional finish it must be a real delight to drive and own now all the hard work is done.
I am going to like it, can't think of anything better to do with the BMW Z3 😅 Sorry Z3 fans. That is a surprise though, it is a very impressive car and the finish on all of them was amazing.
The silver car at 4:56 ia a Healy Designs Enigma. You could get the chassis and body kit and fit it with Mazda Miata or Lexus V8 running gear. Pretty sure the factory sold most fully assembled.
The kit cars at the start are Sylvia's or fischer furys and the silver as said above is a healey enigma as you can see looks like modern austin healey 3000
I would have thought a Boxster would be the logical choice for something like this, more affordable although expensive body kits for expensive cars are fairly common I guess. Thanks for the comment
The real abomination committed on the Cobra kit cars is not the Chevy engines, it was how all the kits had the steering wheel on WRONG SIDE, The same way they drive on the wrong side of the road.🤔😁
Great content was hoping to see a Stratos rep was not disappointed
Me too, really impressed with them
I used to go to this show every year. Didn't realise it was still going. I never see it advertised anywhere.

Looked like top quality job well done, I'm in awe of people that build these and those that build to such a high standard is very impressive.

You're not going to like this - those Ferrari replicas are based on a BMW Z3 😂

Thanks for that, I can see now the Healey influence. It is a very nice looking car

Very impressed with the Healey Enigma, you can see the Healey influence and very nicely executed. Thanks for the comment
Also those porsche gamballa avalanche gts are never or rarely built on a 911

😂Wasn't AC a British company and originally all AC's were right hand drive?
@@madhatterandstar Yah, but Carroll Shelby was the one that made them famous...in left hand drive.😊
@@rickden8362 Yes can't argue with that, one of my favourites, but, very impressed with the Factory Five Daytona coupe
@@madhatterandstar Agree, Factory Five make a nice kit.
