Let's discover Teotihuacán with its GIANT PYRAMIDS and temples from the ancient Teotihuacán civilization, a perfect day trip destination from Mexico City.
Useful information:
-Set aside a whole day to explore the whole archeological site.
-There are frequent buses departing from the Northern Bus Terminal of Mexico City (Terminal Central de Autobuses del Norte). Look for the bus counter Piramide.
-Visit the official government archeological agency's (INAH) website for the latest information regarding the opening hours and entrance fee (www.teotihuaca....
-Bring plenty of water since there are not many shades in the archeological site and the Mexican sun can be unforgiving.

Teotihuacan is so spectacular! We were there a few years ago and we were blown away by the sheer scale of it. Good idea bringing an umbrella - nice to have a bit of shade.
