Lovely Tilly your makes are amazing and beautiful. So lovely to see you on your channel looking forward to seeing you at the Stitch Festival. I will be there friday 24th XXXXX
How beautiful are your makes the fabrics are gorgeous.Thank you for the reply I received from one of your staff regarding lengthening the Bettine dress.
Lovely vlog Tilly. Your makes are beautiful as usual, and I may just have been tempted to finally start my Marnie, especially after now seeing your lovely blouse examples. Many thanks, Susan x
I love makes videos! I love your colorful Marnie and your floral Tabitha tee! That fabric print is my dream come true! I wish I could find some of it! I'm so excited to have received all three of your sewing books recently!!
I really enjoyed this video. I have the Lyra pattern but haven’t made it yet. Lots of inspiration in this video. Will look forward to your next Makes video. Thanks a bunch!
I loved seeing your makes. It’s a great way to get inspiration and see how different types of fabrics and prints can create a variety of looks for the same pattern
It is very helpful for me to see different classic fabric types made up into garments. I have a hard time imagining what the result will be without making another "prototype" (ugh) .. the differences between viscose, and cotton lawn, and Liberty cotton lawn, and cotton voile are all so distinctive.
I absolutely love the Lyra shirt... it looks gorgeous! I've made 2 Lyra dresses but definitely need to make a shirt now! ... Also I'm OBSESSED with that colourblock jumper!
I love all your makes. The flowery dungarees look fab on you .I would love more vlogs like this.I don't know if it is just my device but the volume was low so I had to concentrate to hear you. X
The Lyra is the first ever shirt type of garment I have made, I didn’t watch any videos, did the make using your pattern instructions only and have to say they were brilliant and I love my dress and will make a shirt sometime soon. Also love the indigo embroidered sleeves and intend to embroider two gingham blouses I have just made 😊
Yes to more of these videos! I loved this! I’m currently making my third Indigo and thinking I’m going to finally brave Lyra next! I’ve never done a collar or buttons before but I’ve had the pattern since September so I definitely want to make one for summer. I’m also getting impatient for summer now too! I saw someone yesterday wearing loose-fitting floral trousers and thought “ooh I need to make some Safiya trousers for summer!”
I always look forward to these videos! It gives me so much inspiration and motivation! My current project is a dress combining the Megan bodice from love at first stitch and the Martha skirt, and I love the shape! I love the patterns so much! I've made 5 Megan dresses and a set of Juno Pyjamas, I love the patterns so much ❤️
Great vlog. I think the Marnie is my fav TATB pattern of all time. So many options and I’m yet to make one with pin tucks. Looking forward to sharing my latest Marnie as part of #sewyellowforendo23
Fun to see your makes!! I am working on a Tabitha dress after following your quick and easy full bust adjustment for a tee! Genius and I can't believe how much better this tee pattern fits me than others I've made!! Love your Make It Simple book!! ❤
Love your vlogs. I recall when I started sewing again after years of taking a break yours was one of the first vlogs I followed. I am in SA and struggled at first to get my hands on all three of your books. Love them. Such a lovely concept to have the book and the added bonus of the patterns. Sometime back you hinted at a 4th book and it possibly being children’s pattens. Are you still thinking along those lines as am sure it will be so well received in the sewing community.
Stella joggers are my absolute fav pattern- wearing a bottle green cotton jersey pair with a gold shoelace drawstring right now 😊 I hope the secret things relate to a new pattern book!!!
This was wonderful to hear you talk about your patterns and to see them made up differently. Such a great video and I really hope you keep making them ❤😊
Lovely, looking forward to the next makes video☀️

How manysplits did you make on the puff sleeve hack on the indigo? And how far were they split? Also, how much did yoy add to the sleeve head?
I sized my lyra to my measurements and it did not fit. Any suggestions?
Would love to see more males and more videos
Sorry, Tilly, but I can barely hear you. Can you adjust the volume on your microphone next time? Lovely makes.
