This irresponsible fellow should say who is deciding on the devolution of funds to various states. Is it decided by Central Govt? This fellow doesn't even know such sharing is done on the basis of formula decided by the Finance Commission which is an independent body. It is not Modi or Amit Shah deciding to give UP & Bihar more & TN less. Surprising that none in media also know these details & confront a wrong impression. Fact is allocation to states have been only increased in the recent past. Another issue is state's borrowing. It has gone up as a percentage of GSDP & now hitting the ceiling. Having borrowed such huge amounts, what has this govt done in terms of bringing projects or infrastructure? Only loot & loot. Pity Central Govt is also not taking any action on these fellows!
