How to prepare okra stew Hello, in our village, they make different dishes with okra, they even make broth with okra, in my opinion, any food cooked with okra is delicious. Today's meal is one of the traditional dishes of our village.
You can cook okra in different ways, but try this cooking method. To prepare okra stew, you need minced meat, onion, tomato, tomato paste, okra, and spices. First fry the onion and then add the meat. After 10 minutes, add grated tomato and add tomato paste and spices. After half an hour, fry the okra in oil and add it to the stew. Within an hour, your delicious meal is ready.
