I as an American watch this series with my South African girlfriend. Every time you call Pretoria (the capital city which has almost 3 million residents) a small town. My South African girlfriend says “Bloody Americans”.
Besides that these videos are awesome. I want to go back and bass fish so badly and have a Lekker hunt.

Loving this series - the fish, the wildlife and to think I must have just missed you guys in the Kruger by a few days (and I was probably 200km further north). Although i live only an hour from the Park, so i wouldn't have complained if you guys dropped in for lunch. . . To see an outsider's reaction to South Africa is enlightening. Now just to get those swimbaits in my local tackle store.

I live in mid ny but visit upstate ny like its my home, (prob will be one day bc I basically live there i visit so much)and im 15 and I love how much I can learn from you, I fish for pike mostly but I also catch a lot of bass. I love to see the bass tactics you use work for pike, very cool. I cant stand the finesse jigs, and drop shots and stuff, so I never use those, but I am really into big swimbaits, Pike LOVE the big swimbaits. Chatter bait is another amazing bait for pike, their is no freshwater fish that is more fun than catching a big ol pike. Pike are so cool , I had one rip your bass mafia dangerous 7incher into shreds but it was so worth it. I casted at that fish 5 times, 4 times it just hit it, the 5th time it ended up in the boat. I am upgrading my kayak from a 1 thousand kayak to a new 5 thousand dollar one so hopefully I catch 5 times the fish😬? Anyways thanks for all the amazing vids! If you ever in the Saranac Lake area hit me up and ill head on up to visit LOL!!!!

@@Zaldaingerous If you haven't been before its a must try, I dont kid you some days ill go out and get 30 fish ( pike and bass). Its crazy, They a big and healthy too. I know a spot with 150 stumps behind a 1000 ft island and on every other stump you will catch a nice bass. Ive caught sum 4's and 5's in their it great. Then there are pike everywhere on the weed flats on the lake. I fish Oseetah Lake so its a little 800 acer lake that connects to lower saranac by a lock, and you can take oseetah lake right into town if you wanted. Plus it just feels so cool to fish their, You see very very very little houses on the lake, and the mountains are just amazing. Its nothing like the lakes i see you fish, When I say their are like no houses, There are Like NO houses on Oseetah. Just so cool to fish their. Its a must try.
