Now it's time for the completion of this jobb, we will roll gras and do adjustment and a final layer on the gravel areas.

T.Ö Hansson is not my company, in my company it's just me.
I am hired as a machine operator by T.Ö. Hansson and I'm paid per hour.
They have 3-4 people out in the field + me and Åberg who have our own companies.
That means that I own none of the machines you see in videos and I don't know all the machine specifications.
It's also why I never answer price questions, it's between T.Ö Hansson and the customer.

I realize it's much more expensive than seeding; I realize that it requires every bit as much care the first few months as seeding; I realize that, in the long run, you don't end up with any nicer a lawn than with seeding... But DAMN! That instant green lawn from sod is just *SO* beautiful!!! **contented sigh**

Oh no! Not in Sweden! It's only the housebuilders/carpenters that are invited to this owner/client party when the roof is on. In Swedish it's called "Taklagsfest" / Eng: Topping-out Party. Ground constructors are to dirty! Haha! If builders have this party they put up a leaf garland over the roof. If not they fill a coverall with straw and hang it from the roof so all neighbors can see! ;D

@ Jack Hume - I have the sense that it is like so many other trades. The final product can only loot good with constant attention throughout the entire process. It is always in the preparation and attention to detail that allows for incredible final products. It also helps to be the one in control of the entire project from start to finish. I've found that it can be a tough job to come in half way through a project. You wind up fixing other peoples' mistakes and make it look good in the end. I generally turn those jobs down in my work because there is usually no good way to turn horse crap into honey no matter how long and how hard you stir it.
Absolutely a beautiful place, your work turned this into a dream property.

I absolutely love watching your videos! It is very refreshing to see a group of people who all take pride in their work and are very good at it. Especially the excavator operator. I have worked many years in excavation and utility work and have always wanted to deliver this kind of quality but because of circumstances out of my control have never been able to. There has been a house in this place before without any problems. They also have an alternative parking closer to the access road if needed.

You really don't need water garden-sprinklers here. It rains enough at sea front. And Baltic Sea have very low saline content due to all the rivers going into it and only a small passage out at Denmark. But good for Baltic Herring fish. Nearly to low for Cods and such to thrive. But we have Salmon, Sea Trout, Eels, etc wandering thru and uprivers to get offspring. No problem to get all your family incl the cats food in the freezer! ;D

I would be interested to hear how you have setup your business relationship with T.Ö. I have been in business for many years in the US and will be starting one or two ventures in Sweden when I get there. Are the labor and accounting rules hard to conform to with your business? There is so much to learn. I may never get it all done before I tip over. It makes me damned glad I have good Swedish genetics in my favor!

How much excavators do you have
Do you know how often T.Ö rebuilds the cylinders and line bores and replaces pins in the boom? Is the amount of play in the Roto-tilt and bucket normal for the assembly or are they normally tighter? As always, I am absolutely impressed with your work and workmanship. I will be doing some of the same work on the property that I purchased near Bergsjö, NW of Hudiksvall. I am excited to finally be able to get back into Sweden on 12 Juli.
You're welcome here to Sweden! Do you know Bergsjö is famous for building Bergsjö/Trima Loaders and Buckets for tractors and the World famous axes from Gränsfors Bruk (called GB in US).
