As far as I can understand; A catchment is the area where the water of a river is collected/caught whereas a drainage basin is an area which is drained by the water of the river.

I am still confused the term "watershed" is the boundry line separating one drainge basin from other.

Look there are many sources of a river from where it gets it water or these are termed as catchment area of that river.The bigger catchment area from where the river gets its maximum water supply is called as river basins and the other sources/catchment areas which are not that big in comparison to the Riverbasin are called as Watershed.
Eg; Ghar me lagane wala Pani ka tanki watershed hai toh Municipal ka main water supply tanki Riverbasin.

Now coming to the boundary line confusion, it's a topographical system. Look in maximum cases the boundary line is a ridge or a high ground which divides two rivers. So when water stores in these areas due to rain or ice melting then it directly come to the tributaries or main river and acts as a source of water supply. So these boundary line areas work as Watershed. Shed means repelling or force away so these ares shed waters to the rivers.
