Hello, I know you didn’t mention much but here’s a friendly little reminder from a stranger that school isn’t as important as you think it is. If part of the reason you’re struggling to figure out your career is because you don’t enjoy any of the subjects that the school you’re going to has to offer then it’s probably not the right place. If school is also extremely affecting your mental health and that’s part of why you’re struggling also a sign that school is not the right place. I experienced something very similar. I kept going back to school because of external pressures and I genuinely hated it and it affected my mental health a lot. I officially decided to leave and let life take me where it needs to take me and after some time an opportunity fell into my hands. Im now training to become a dog trainer and I’m enrolled in an academy online, but it’s way affordable, its actually interesting and something I enjoy doing. I’m very passionate about animals and I never thought about becoming a trainer until this opportunity came up and it was like a gift from my guides for doing the right thing. but if you do enjoy school and you’re just struggling to figure out what career cause you’re so interested in so many things then maybe it’s the right place just listen to yourself and you’re intuition and you’ll be able to know if the place is right for you or not

Bestie, I did it. I went no contact. I spent my first bday completely alone and in silence. It was cozy and the first year I didn’t cry in, I don’t remember how long. I’m on my own but it feels better than breadcrumbs. I’m free. I’m emailing songwriters from California, applying to artist residencies, collaborating with celebrity photographers, I am letting myself be seen. The best part is, I don’t feel bad about it. Nobody could’ve bought me this because it took 24 yrs of realizing I was being constantly lied to by my own family. 19:49 I ran away from emotions for all of my life, i’ve chased highs everywhere and in everyone, 23 truly changed me, i stopped trying to be happy, i stopped trying to prove to people and to myself that my decisions about my life were right. I know that i’m okay and fine even in the lowest moments because finally i know that i can pull myself through, i learned to stress less about things i can’t control. Try to remind yourself that every thing passes, I know when we are in the middle of it all, it is even hard to remember, let alone remind yourself. Also, distraction is a great coping skill (as long as it’s not all the time) because your brain is unable to be thinking about two things at one time. Everyone has a different thing that distracts them, like my daughter it is video games. But for me., I always watch comedy it’s one of those days where I am defeated and down. It is a coping skill I recently figured out is a very good distraction (for me). Some, actually feel worse watching comedy. But it’s an example of something. (Like doing a crossword puzzle or an actual physically puzzle would never help me lol) . Much love, glad this inspired you. Me too

Lol I love you gurl. Everything you said tonight resonated deeply with me. As you stated the definition of 'pensive sadness' I thought of Eeyore then you said his name. In my life my sadness was because I have always been obese, I grew up with a seizure disorder and my parents divorce when I was 6yo. All of these happenings left me feeling unwanted, unlovable & like an outcast. For many years I apologized to everyone for an unknown reason. My mother remarried when I was 12yo. Seeing the love my parents have for each other and going to church I feel love found me again. I've always felt connected to God aka the universe in all their names and would always feel a hug or see smiles in the sky while at worship. At the age of 36 I married a great man who shared his love and his heart with me. He has shown me how love can truly make a being hole. Before we got married I was blessed to find out that my seizure disorder had gone into remission. I got my drivers license on the way back from our honeymoon. As you can tell I am very verbose and have a very good vocabulary and am pleased to share the 50¢ words as I call them, with you. Thank you for all the fantastic messages you share.

These last few months have been just insane, an emotional rollercoaster, unbelievably uncomfortable but sooooo beautiful. I really feel like the puzzle pieces are all finally coming together. My big big dreams are that I want to be a wildlife conservationist. I want to save and protect the planet. I want to work with underprivileged kids and at risk teens. I want to work in the Amazon Rainforest and Africa. I want to be a teacher and a healer and travel the world and experience love like nothing before. I have so many big dreams it is terrifying to even imagine how I can do it all in just one life... and rebuild my confidence and sense of self after it having been torn to shreds my entire life. But Jhadina you are supporting me and seeing me like no one ever has before. I am stunned, To give context, I don't really get readings or tap into my energy but deeply care for experience and understanding. As a black, trans, politically radical, musician ,woman. I don't see myself represented in damn near anything. I have been having the feeling of sold out shows, a home, marriage and just abundant joy that I never thought possible for myself. I just went on a local radio station tonight ( and got a lil tipsy in celebration) and continually keep finding myself with more opportunities for growth in music. Yes pensive sadness- you are using it right. It’s so deep I feel like a lot of don’t even let ourselves feel joy fully because we get so wigging that it’s going to get taken away, or that because others suffer that we should be helping them or even feeling guilty for doing well whilst others suffer. Girl this pattern is releasing and your videos have been godsend and I’ve been in deeper prayer and meditation and it’s all feeling birds of a feather. I finally came to the realization that if it wasn’t for the sad times I’d never know the good times. To take the lessons as they come and appreciate everything. Good and sad. Don’t like using bad to explain this. I have been feeling for a few months things are changing and not sure what but this is helping me realize a few things. I used to not believe in any sort of higher power, I felt like I did always know it was there, but because of that pensive feeling your explaining I almost resented them because I felt they weren’t supporting me, but within this last year I had some sort of awakening and I started realizing how much they truly have protected me my whole life and I do see like in a whole different perspective now!! Your channel popped up on my recommended a couple of days ago; extremely surprising as these kinds of videos NEVER and I mean never are in my recommended. I spent my childhood taking care of myself, forced into early maturity as both my biological parents were absent physically and emotionally until I was adopted. I resonate with this a lot. I hide my sadness well, but internally, in most moments, I sit in a state of melancholy. Even being on this healing journey and path for the last 7 years, I am still learning, growing, and healing in phases and stages. I also channel those high vocabulary words in a moment and it fits and then I also have to look it up lol.

Hello, I know you didn’t mention much but here’s a friendly little reminder from a stranger that school isn’t as important as you think it is. If part of the reason you’re struggling to figure out your career is because you don’t enjoy any of the subjects that the school you’re going to has to offer then it’s probably not the right place. If school is also extremely affecting your mental health and that’s part of why you’re struggling also a sign that school is not the right place. I experienced something very similar. I kept going back to school because of external pressures and I genuinely hated it and it affected my mental health a lot. I officially decided to leave and let life take me where it needs to take me and after some time an opportunity fell into my hands. Im now training to become a dog trainer and I’m enrolled in an academy online, but it’s way affordable, its actually interesting and something I enjoy doing. I’m very passionate about animals and I never thought about becoming a trainer until this opportunity came up and it was like a gift from my guides for doing the right thing. but if you do enjoy school and you’re just struggling to figure out what career cause you’re so interested in so many things then maybe it’s the right place just listen to yourself and you’re intuition and you’ll be able to know if the place is right for you or not

I ran away from emotions for all of my life, i’ve chased highs everywhere and in everyone, 23 truly changed me, i stopped trying to be happy, i stopped trying to prove to people and to myself that my decisions about my life were right. I know that i’m okay and fine even in the lowest moments because finally i know that i can pull myself through, i learned to stress less about things i can’t control. Try to remind yourself that every thing passes, I know when we are in the middle of it all, it is even hard to remember, let alone remind yourself. Also, distraction is a great coping skill (as long as it’s not all the time) because your brain is unable to be thinking about two things at one time. Everyone has a different thing that distracts them, like my daughter it is video games. But for me., I always watch comedy it’s one of those days where I am defeated and down. It is a coping skill I recently figured out is a very good distraction (for me). Some, actually feel worse watching comedy. But it’s an example of something. Lol I love you gurl. Everything you said tonight resonated deeply with me. As you stated the definition of 'pensive sadness' I thought of Eeyore then you said his name. In my life my sadness was because I have always been obese, I grew up with a seizure disorder and my parents divorce when I was 6yo. All of these happenings left me feeling unwanted, unlovable & like an outcast. For many years I apologized to everyone for an unknown reason. My mother remarried when I was 12yo. Seeing the love my parents have for each other and going to church I feel love found me again. I've always felt connected to God aka the universe in all their names and would always feel a hug or see smiles in the sky while at worship. At the age of 36 I married a great man who shared his love and his heart with me. He has shown me how love can truly make a being hole. Before we got married I was blessed to find out that my seizure disorder had gone into remission. I got my drivers license on the way back from our honeymoon. As you can tell I am very verbose and have a very good vocabulary and am pleased to share the 50¢ words as I call them, with you. Thank you for all the fantastic messages you share.

I want to work in the Amazon Rainforest and Africa. I want to be a teacher and a healer and travel the world and experience love like nothing before. I have so many big dreams it is terrifying to even imagine how I can do it all in just one life... and rebuild my confidence and sense of self after it having been torn to shreds my entire life. It’s so deep I feel like a lot of don’t even let ourselves feel joy fully because we get so wigging that it’s going to get taken away, or that because others suffer that we should be helping them or even feeling guilty for doing well whilst others suffer.

I finally came to the realization that if it wasn’t for the sad times I’d never know the good times. To take the lessons as they come and appreciate everything. Good and sad. Don’t like using bad to explain this. I have been feeling for a few months things are changing and not sure what but this is helping me realize a few things. If Spirit says to say it you say it beautiful. Never know when a new person joins us or we need to hear it again. You are not alone when it comes to feeling “lost” as I like to call it. I’m actually in tears bawling every single thing resonates so deeply and I’ve never felt so validated. I used to not believe in any sort of higher power, I felt like I did always know it was there, but because of that pensive feeling your explaining I almost resented them because I felt they weren’t supporting me, but within this last year I had some sort of awakening and I started realizing how much they truly have protected me my whole life and I do see like in a whole different perspective now!! Your channel popped up on my recommended a couple of days ago; extremely surprising as these kinds of videos NEVER and I mean never are in my recommended. I have been asking my guides to communicate with me more in anyway they can and I felt like it truly was a sign from them and your channel found me at the perfect time. The last couple videos they recommended to me resonate so deeply that I have cried and constantly getting chills and also that throat pain you experience. I spent my childhood taking care of myself, forced into early maturity as both my biological parents were absent physically and emotionally until I was adopted. I resonate with this a lot. I hide my sadness well, but internally, in most moments, I sit in a state of melancholy. Even being on this healing journey and path for the last 7 years, I am still learning, growing, and healing in phases and stages. I also channel those high vocabulary words in a moment and it fits and then I also have to look it up lol.
