As much as I appreciate the analysis, I don't think she'll be as good as you say. The bullseye offers more dps than Vigor does, so if you're unable to place most of the enemies there the DPS does drop a large amount - and that might be a lot more than you realize, considering how limiting ranged tiles are to melee ones. She definitely can't solo maps like Big 4 as without a healer and/or bullseye her DPS is pretty bad like you've showed, but is a good source of additional laneholding damage in a large AOE like Mizuki (who offers similar DPS if you're not hitting the bullseye, and punches through armour better). Fiammeta:You want Suffering?
I was curious how Vigor would interact with her skill multipliers, like if they would come before or after since they're not Atk% but just Dmg multipliers. After seeing her damage on the Heavy Defender Leader, I can safely say that Vigor is applied first since 3,445.2 is the number I got mathing it out and she dealt 2,545, which would be their 1k Def - 100 from her Module. Good to know since I've never been good at maths.
All +x% buffs occur before the x% multiplicative buff
Trigger-happy cold-faced character
Fiametta, Ifrit, is time to make some steaks
H7-1 Enemies: ah shit, here we go again
meta is in her name
it also seems that the aoe effect is larger than just 3x3
So this is the real power of laterano
If Friendly Fire was a thing her, W, and Ifrit would be the worst.
basically Surtr are "not O.P enough" so they created her "can not die naturally" version
Do you think she is trying to deal damage to other operators since she is literally no-stop attacking?
Or maybe she is just flexing hard lol
“Laterano gave me infinite budget for this ammo and I’m using it ALL!”
Can't stop won't stop
Not power creep but if your brain work you know how to deal with her well done HG
She's basically just long range surtr that has less damage but won't die from skill.
I got spooked by her in horns banner and she's e2 now.
kafka-ish tile skill gaming
I see that they made extra sure to not let her work with aak
FlaMETA is just range surtr except you don't need the entire medic bay to keep her alive
