Get ready with us as we prepare for our upcoming trip to Alaska! As some of you know, we have been on a wellness journey with the help of @CVSPharmacy this year. I don't know how I stumbled upon this amazing channel. I was looking for ways to be positive. I was struggling and living a difficult life..trying to be positive. Your channel has been so encouraging, and uplifting. Cole and Charisma your spirit and inspiration has gone beyond the community and the country you live in. Use the vacuum when you are home….pump when you are repacking coming home. We use them for Intl travel & long term storage for winter items….love them
I don't think they have a regular vacuum. Just a robot vacuum.

Charisma use a vacuum cleaner to suck the air out. The air will seep out if not secured. Also if you put too many items in the bag the air will seep out. The bags without holes you have to first secure the bag to were you can press all the air out yourself. I’ve been using these bags for years. May God bless you both with safe travels to Alaska. Well I went with the most obvious guess of where you were traveling to… WAY off I might add. But Alaska…. So cool!! Hope the cruise is a blast! My dad has wanted to do an Alaskan cruise sooooo bad! I think my mom just needs the convincing. I think they gonna shoot for a Coastal Cali one first before trekking out on an Alaskan cruise. By the way, you guys are so cute and funny!! I can still see Charisma’s shyness with PDA but your tender loving moments are refreshing in a world where couples can bearly stand each other or stay together. I come from parents who lived long and had a long 62 year marriage before my father’s transition.

I did an Alaska cruise with Holland America cruises, starting from Vancouver, a few years ago in September. I loved it. The weather was nice. It wasn't too hard to do excursions in a wheelchair.
I am so jealous. Alaska is my dream trip. Y'all have a great time because I am living vicariously through you.

I live in AK!!! and unfortunately the Northern Lights don't actually show up till mid winter, and I highly highly recommend that you guys be prepared for long driving times because some places take a while to get to depending on where you are wanting to go, and that Cole have his outdoor chair just because it can get really muddy here in some spots, and yes make sure you have a warm jacket because it is getting colder here now that fall is starting

Hi an easier way to do the vacuum bag is to put your things in the bag then roll your things up in the bag then suction out the air that's left after you roll the bag up and get some of the air out

A light puffer jacket is critical for a cruise to Alaska. You are out to sea and it is cold if you want to be on the deck outside anytime from evening through mid morning. Take sweaters for sure because what you bought you will freeze.
Alaska is the best place in the U.S! I’ve never felt more grounded or peaceful in my life. Enjoy!

I JUST went to Alaska in June!!! We did a land and sea tour, it was a phenomenal vacation. Truly the best I’ve ever been on! I hope you are going to Glacier Bay, that was my favorite place to cruise through!!! It was gorgeous!
Alaska in the fall! Good rain and wind jacket. Warm hats and gloves , layers of shirts and vests-with lots of pockets
Also add a wool sweater and a neck scarf and good general purpose waterproof hiking boots. Lived there. 10 years and also have taken 3 fall cruises Have a great time!!!

Hey guys, I lived in Alaska. My suggestion is to get Cole a pair of Ugg boots. His feet will be nice and toasty. Lol. Is is better to have gloves with cashmere, mohair or similar natural fibers. If you are stopping in Anchorage please visit Simon and Seafort. It is the best seafood in this country. Oh by the way cashmere sweaters and hats will definitely keep you warm. I lave your jackets, but I don’t feel your jackets will be warm enough, especially on a cruise. Sept is a transition month and it can snow.
Honestly, guys your clothes are not warm enough for Alaska. Some areas might be 35-45 degrees.
