what store was the white t-shirt from? (even if he already had it) I always struggle to find a good white t-shirt (they always look super transparent to me) and the fit it's always hard to find (i'm short and skinny). H&M is a no go. zara seemed transparent.
Probably gonna try the levis basic t-shirts i guess.

I want to point out how courteous and kind you were for this man. Of his current looks, and of what he picked out, you only sought to inspire confidence. You did it through communication, color, and stepping outside of the box. (You also managed to completely nail a wardrobe for a teacher) One of the many reasons I like you and absolutely love this channel. I can’t wait for more of this

Part of looking attractive is being a gracious host. Marcel definitely shined here by deferring to Nick and encouraging him to talk us through his fashion journey. And how wonderful to do this for a teacher. They deserve all we can give them!!!

It really depends on how you want to present yourself and how the party dress code is like. If it's casual, you can go crazy with it. Simple way is to just keep a lot of basic mono color with one statement piece. That piece can be whatever you want it to be. It can be a jacket, shirt, pants, even shoes.

UniQlo is an amazing brand for men under 6’feet
Great for taller guys too, I'm 6'4'' 200lb or so and their large sweaters fit me perfectly.

Love this vid so much Marcel! Uniqlo size "XS" is really a great recommendation for guys under 5 ft 5. I discovered size XS from uniqlo about 2 years ago and never went back to Small, lol. You are truly an amazing fashion stylist! Much respect for Marcel.

I like makeover videos...well done Marcel! Pieces I like the most: brown shearling jacket and blue-brown checked pants. Btw I think Nick should wear his shirts out of the pants.
This was ideal for those who work in offices!!
This channel is great for someone who wants to try something new and outside of their comfort zone. However for me, I tend to stick with the basics and more neutral colours like Alex Costa because that’s just the style I’m comfortable wearing in. Nonetheless they’re both excellent channels targeting a slightly different audience.
Great pieces. The khaki chinos look too tight around the calf, perfect for summer off duty but not for work. The drape of the plaid H&M trousers is very nice, mature, authoritative (perfect for work).
Really awesome video! I think this is the best "style makeover" I have seen on YT, because it's really relatable. I would wear almost all the pieces myself. Grüße aus Hamburg :)
American eagle has great collection also the sizes they offer are very comfortable for people who are short in height.

I think Nick looks fantastic in the more monochromatic looks. The denim and leather shearling trucker looks, not so much. The contrast between the sweater/tee shirt and the pants/jeans is too strong and has the effect of bisecting him and drawing attention to his middle rather than drawing the eye upwards. As someone who used to work on makeover tv shows, I'm eager to see how the rest of this series progresses. Sometimes I notice that it's a challenge for influencer hosts who dress themselves well to dress others in a way that suits the participant's personality, features and proportions, and not just put the influencer's own style overtop the participant (looking at you, Alpha M). I think your rapport with Nick is very sincere and warm. If I were shooting this video, I would not put a shorter guy on a high stool, or at least not show off that fact with such a wide master. I ofter find inspiration from your videos, particularly with injecting some wow into everyday casual looks, so I look forward to seeing the next in this series.

Die Hemden sind aber eig. so geschnitten das die in der Hose getragen werden (deswegen werfen die so "Kanten"), nicht unbedingt casual, die haben meist unten ein geraden schnitt (Saum).
