what can I do if I don’t have a computer but the update requires itunes on a computer in order to update it?

I actually went through ITUNES as instructed. IT WORKED! It updated my old IPAD. It went from 13.7 to 15.8 Thank you SO SO MUCH!

Hello. Just a question about the process of updating an unsupported iPad to iOS 16/17. Do you install Apple Beta Software Program first, and then use iTunes to update to actual version? Second Question: is Reiboot free?

Just tried it on a very very old IPAD mini from like 2013-2014 and Itunes is saying the one i have (IOS 9.3.5) is the latest. Is this IPAD too old? Or is there another trick? thanks a lot

hey man, great video! but, once the profile is installed , when i got to software update, it shows couldn't load since ur device is not connected to the internet, and when i click ok, it shows ios 15.5, up to date. any fixes?

I tried it on one of several iPad 2 and iPad 3 and it would not update in the final stage, then your "iTunes Fix" never worked either, as it never recognised the 16 download. As a result my iPads no longer show their iosx, just a stuck screen, and one of them will no longer verify, so is stuck. I really think if this only works on iPad5 + or iPad7 + you should tell us the early exempt models, if that is the case. I went to a lot of trouble and now my early iPads are WORSE.
If you will notice, he is updating an ipad 7, which GETS the update to begin with. Nothing worked for me either on ipad mini 4. I think this is bullshit anyway.

You can fix it…Restart the device ore click to Reset in “general” and then reset Network Settings. Don’t forget to delete the Profile 16os.
