Reed Timmer a storm chaser spotted the tornado on the ground and notified the weather service. They weren't aware of the tornado!!!! He saw and taped the tornado ripping houses apart. It wasn't until AFTER he reported it that they set the sirens.
Even Reed was surprised when it formed. The temperature and dew point differential was such that it usually does not. He said it was unlike any he had ever seen.
From beginning to end, that cell was odd. It was the only storm out of everything in Kansas that was tracking towards the southeast all the other individual cells were tracking Northeast. He is going live this afternoon with a discussion on this particular cell.
Yep...I was watching it live!
@@freestateguardian1365 Reed and his fellow companion were beside themselves with that tornado. I'll be watching his live feed. It was one of his best storm chases.
I was watching Reed Timmer’s livestream of this tornado. It formed so quickly, the residents had little to no time to take shelter.
Praying for all Tornado survivors 😥😥
Prayers from México 🥹🙏
Your a Brave Soul honey..don't give up stay strong...it will be alright😘🙏
So sad to see the destruction of tornados. May God bless these people going forward.
Max Velocity was reporting on this tornado last night and was warning people that it was heading their way so I don’t understand why they aren’t sounding the alarms earlier then they are
Reed Timmer called it in before it hit the ground but when they finally hit the sirens it was too late
I think it was a different Tornado maybe if you are referencing nighttime. This one was a daytime Tornado😢
@@sarawhite4498 yeah...I think he was talking about a different storm
Praying 🙏 those storms just rolled by stl just an hour ago.
I am sorry for loss of house
Sorry for the loss of human life!
God bless the survivors..🙏
Are hearts and prayers 🙏 to you from Oklahoma
These poor people..😔
Praying for everyone!!
Prayers to the family for there loss God bless the people of this town
And I believe more severe weather tomorrow…. So heartbreaking! Praying for everyone 🙏
....why are they not SOUNDING the Sirens AHEAD OF TIME ??? THATS THE PURPOSE OF THE SIRENS. WOW.
THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE.
Excuses about the Sirens... REED TIMMER SAW THIS AHEAD OF TIME, AS DID MAX VELOCITY. WHY arent these Individuals responsible for the Surens WATCHING THESE CHANNELS, NOT JUST RELYING ON " The National Weather Service ", who DID NOT EVEN KNOW about this Tornado !
Just one of those small towns. Someplace people want to live. Quiet and uncomplicated. I feel bad for the people. Lately it jut seems that the world has gone nuts.
These small mid west communities are almost built better to handle this than city folks trucks tractors hard working people
Blessings all us was in Strom is serious
Could this be another destructive measure of harp just looks quite unusual and from my understanding quite rare
Thank God just to be alive
That tornado just popped up so quickly. Sorry for the death and destruction. 😢
😢😢😢so sad, 🙏🙏🙏🙏
Isn't this tornado alley?
She didn't think there could have been enough time to warn. How about when a tornado watch is in effect you post 1 person to watch. Things happen fast. Life is worth 1 person's time. Thank God for Reed Timmer or they wouldn't have had any notice at all.
Praying for all the people in Kansas God heal the heart Lord Jesus Christ Heal this Land in Kansas 🙏🤲🙏👏🕊️🕊️✝️🕊️heal all the people
Incompetent community leaders. Same here sounds the alarm 10 minutes after it passes. Test sirens every Wednesday but when a warning is issued silence. Even a extreme thunderstorm people are at high risk especially in mobile homes. Incompetent officials
🙏❤️
God bless ❤

Looks like it was hit by a bomb. So incredibly sad.
😢😮😢
Not in a nice situation
People it very sad that how quick it happened that how quick jesus going to come we know it a sad situation hope n pray people take God seriously
I got the impression she didn’t know what to say
Surely they were aware of incoming storms with a potential of tornados....what a bogus excuse that there was no time to set off the sirens!
The system was severe storm warned. The rotation was sudden and unexpected.
Public information officer knows why them sirens didn't go off before....sad 3 people lost their lives...God be with these people

I don’t feel bad for any of those idiots that live in areas that get tornados. Mother Nature is undefeated and I root for her every time.
I bet you are fun at parties.
I feel bad for people who have no empathy 💩🏆
Most of the Midwest, the south and the plains states are vulnerable to being hit by tornadoes and that is very large percentage of the United States!
So it takes an especially trashy person to show such a complete lack of compassion or understanding people killed by tornadoes!!
Im sending curses to those affected.
More homeless Esau that's all i see.
Sending curses to those affected.
Careful what you say. It might come back to you.
