Yu Zhong is one of the most difficult hero to play. And it's difficulty level is very underrated. People don't talk about him like Fanny, Ling, Gusion, Benedetta.
You have to calculate everything while using him.

@@JoshVillafania yes. The passive that's the difficult thing. Terizla, Ruby and Alpha steal health and heal themselves as soon as you hit your enemy. But YZ took time. YZ is actually difficult man.
His cooldowns are long. He gives damages when he hits with the edge of his cloak. It's so calculative. Definitely he is not as hard as Fanny, Ling or Gus but he is definitely harder than Alpha, Terizla, Ruby, Thamuz, Zilong, Dyrroth, Argus, Guinevera and many more.
YZ was GOD when he was released. He had 2 CC one with mobility and one with the shadow. And no turret can target him in his Dragon form. Moonton nerfed him so much now he is not that popular anymore. Only if you get early kill he will be good.

I kinda wish they optimize Yu zhong for the jungle role someday.
Right now his slow basic attack speed and high skill cool downs make him slower than pretty much every other jungler in the game in clearing jungle creeps.
Maybe they could make his passive work on jungle creeps and the lord or something.
Nah, some heroes just arent meant for jungle, like Lapu or Terizla. Zhong is one of em.

No.2 Yu Zhong in my country. From personal experience, Yu Zhong is kinda falling off the meta, due to the new items & tank/fighter meta.
They gotta buff his late perfomance.
Maybe make it like Gusion's buff, so that instead of the passive stacks dealing damage to the enemy's *lost* HP, it deals based of the enemy *max* HP. That way he would have better perfomance against tank fighters such as Ruby, Terizla, Gato etc. Don't know how broken that would be, but they would figure out a way to balance him out.

If you check Dhat's video: "THIS YU ZHONG NEW SUSTAIN BUILD + DAMAGE BUILD IS TOO GOOD FOR SPELLVAMP" you will see a comment similar to mine, explaining why You Zhong struggles right now.
For me Yu Zhong kind of fell off. Especially in the late game.
The enemy team will usually have better teammates than I have. My team will either feed the enemy or the enemy will gank me none stop and I will get 0 help. I can't rely on teammates like these most of the time.
Another problem is the builds. Picking the wrong items can lead to a huge disadvantage. Even though I do know how items work and when to use them or not, sometimes I 'm being confused as to what I should prioritize because of tank/fighter meta like Ruby/Terizla/Hylos/Gato and the huge advantage the new items can give to the enemy.
Since I can't rely on my team all the time I can't add a sustain build so I must focus on damage for the backline.
Problem is, the enemy is smart and they will protect their damage dealer most of the time, making it difficult for me to enter without dying immediately. But even if I succeed in killing the objective, my team is so unreliable that they will die to the remaining enemy.
