    Cops receive "training".
What about those thousands of TH-cam videos showing cops that know nothing about the law, the 1st Amendment or maintaining a healthy body and physical readiness?

This is honestly a great audit. You know the training officers are going to tell the recruits about the interaction and why you guys were allowed to do what you were doing. Aside from the first cop wanting to take them to the sign which he probably thought was one of the restricted area signs this went about as well as one could expect when running into police. When asked if they were being detained the first trooper said no, that’s rare. When the LT asked for their names he dropped it after one refusal. They cop splained a little bit and gave a little directives but not as much as most. Start recording around any random police station and the experience will be much worse 95% of the time. The one exception might be the guy in the T-shirt that didn’t identify himself, tiny chance he wasn’t a member of the state police but hard to prove.

That jog at the start is probably the fastest US police are ever asked to move, that's why so many get so fat. Those who have been in the army learn to run much faster when they run away from the countries they invade (Vietnam, Iraq, now Afghanistan - is there anywhere they don't run from?).

1st District Court in Glik vs Cunniffe, “The First Amendment protects the right to gather information about what public officials do on public property, and specifically, a right to record matters of public interest." and further in Gericke vs Town of Weare, “It was clearly established at the time of the stop that the First Amendment right to film police carrying out their duties in public, including a traffic stop, remains unfettered if no reasonable restriction is imposed or in place.” Keyword there being, “unfettered”.

The footage where you zoomed in on the training at the about 25min mark, I don't believe it was actual training because there was no kicking on the detainees head or bending his arms with too tight handcuffs. I also didn't hear them say any of the "could you do me a favor and step over here", "I don't mind you filming but" or the infamous "here's the deal". But maybe you were just too far away for the mic to pick that up...

@@TheRealPressNHNow I totally enjoy your work man and will be sending some cash on your behalf. From Mass. Accountability's narrative he seemed very intimidated and resorted to begging and shouting insults from the curb. I clearly couldn't do what you guys do because as a black male I could be possibly killed or beaten, but you certainly got the guts and skills to test them. I wonder what would've of happened had it been Big Nick and the Florida crew or San Joaquin, Amagansett or Direct D. Long Island Auditor is good but I believe he would have caved under the pressure lol. Those Worcester cops were big and scary. I did give them a call but the cop on the phone told me to take it up with IA. God Bless and keep up the outstanding work.
