Shouldn’t hit the bearing from the inner ring, hit it from the outside ring. Also use blue loctite, it handles vibrations and heat better than red, and there’s a lot of vibrations and heat on a supercharger pulley
Also you can remove the seal from the bearing and pack more grease into it if you feel it needs more, I re-pack my pulley bearings every 60000km. Mercedes pack very little grease into the bearings from the factory
Hello mate nice clean job! Do you know the torque settings for the bolt on the double idler pulley and the the bolt for the supercharger tensioner pulley ( pulley only) please? I can’t seem to find this information anywhere 😫
If your car is an original P30 w/ Performance Package like mine - it comes from the factory with a 186 mph top speed instead of 155 mph. Along with limited slip and a few other goodies. I assumed it is because of the front bumper side gills and round fog light.
Hi, i got esealy the limiter ripped off my performance package either, but on thé full speed mode, i saw 205mph witten on my Speedo, as he was testing it on the dyno. Now i feel better 😂, as i never needed to try it on highway

Would you hammer it in if the pulley doesn’t want to slide back on?
Whatever you use between the bearing and hammer, try and get it as close to the outer diameter of the bearing as possible
Watch the pulley brackets break.... I would get a new pulley if it started to corrode. The brackets around the clutch plate can break.,
