Gottsumon was such an interesting character in Savers. He really showed how prejudice can cause those to fall to darkness especially given how much he hated Ikuto for being a human. Despite basically watching him grow up with the Digimon accepting him. It was also nice got to shine in the last arc by being revived even if I wished he got to evolve into Insekimon to fight with the heroes again. It was such a cool form he pulled out back in his last fight and the concept of him being so fast and strong was super cool!
this is my partner right here, Gottsumon, to Golemon, to Volcanomon, and finally PileVolcamon... rock solid, tough guy Digimon for the heavy hitters, surprised you didn't mention the possibility to go down the Volcanomon route with Golemon
Gottsumon golem transformations are freaking awesome, golem monsters are amazing and in my opinion they are underated cause they doesn't much on other anime series or other shows
I agree, I'm so glad we finally got Gogmamon (Golemon's Ultimate form). Now Golemon's line is complete. Plus his alternate/natural rookie is Sunrizamon which was also revealed not long ago either.
I always thought Kimeramon’s “Tail of Monochromon” was a funny detail. There’s no spikes or stingers or mauls or anything, yet it’s part of the “Ultimate Weapon”? Heck, even Ankylomon has a more dangerous tail than Monochromon, but hey, maybe Ken was just REALLY into Monochromon and said “ah yeah, the tail, that’s perfect!”
Fun fact: Ken actually got the image for Kimeramon's shape from his nightmares Which he had from meeting the REAL Kimeramon in the prequel wonderswan game that explains how he got the dark spore Until the one episode where he starts getting flashbacks later in the season, he had repressed the memories of that journey So there is a REAL Kimeramon that predates Ken's and no one knows who built it, or why. It is now currently a part of the multidimensional terror Zeed Millenniummon
@@booyah344 never got to play the wonderswan games, but I did defeat a ZeedMilleniummon in Digimon World Dawn, and the ones in Adventure 2020 and Ghost Game didn’t seem *too* OP. I’m curious which over the 4 is canonically the most powerful?
@Sylvia Moonbeam all Zeeds are supposedly fragments of the Wonderswan Zeed that he sent throughout all time and space to ensure his existence at the end of the 4th game. Their primary goal is to reclaim thier former glory, which is why some are easier to destroy than other based on how long they've manifested/how they choose to manifest

I would have added Baboongamon that, just like Golemon, can evolve into Gogmamon, but can't evolve into BanchoGolemon since there wasn't a Golemon in the line, and then Blastmon as the Ultimate level; Golemon into Volcamon into PileVolcamon and AncientVolcamon (with the earth spirits); Triceramon as Monochromon's Perfect and Spinomon as its Ultimate.

I just found out about some Welsh Mythological being known as Gogmagog. In the bible, Gog of the land of Magog is the representation of the enemies of God.
Oh dont start whit this Tragedy. Its from what we know ment to be a literal Place, not symbolism, but an actual real American President decided to invade the middle East, because he thought he found Magog. There was a Story about the President of France beeing told they will write history. Therefore the President ordered his Agents to collect data about Gog and Magog, and was baffeled about the Insanity of his Ally, after he understood the Context.

Since Blastmon has both Baboongamon Stone regenerative ability and Gogmamon Sun absorbing crystal ability. But yeah Gogmamon was probably originally intended to be Golemmon perfect form since his original name was "Grand Golemmon" and was supposed to connect between Golemmon and Blastmon.

Gotsumon is almost always used as sort of a "filler" Digimon, which is why it has so many different lines shown off.
What about Blastmon he’s confirmed to be one of Gotsumon’s typical Megas digivolving from Gogmamon
