You show a deep understanding of Jimi's musicality. I love Hendrix but you have given me a new perspective on his fairground, psychedelic, electric brain.
Thank you! I actually mostly try to recreate the song in a way that stays true to the original ideas and parts - but of course once you play everything on just one instrument - it sounds very different. Still - I know a lot of pianists like to do "jazzy" versions of rock songs or very sweet soft versions of fast-paced songs and it's entertaining for a while but personally I prefer to just try to get close to the original :) (unless people ask me something specific)
I'm really enjoying your piano interpretations. They reveal much about the music that perhaps has been hidden by the veneer that is their legend. This sounds almost like a 20s ragtime track and like silent movie drama music in other place.
@@Rolandfart Yes, that part is challenging. I think with songs like that I try to turn off my brain or focus only on the treble melody and trying to keep the rest going without thinking. But maybe easier to write than do :)

A trick : you can watch movies on InstaFlixxer. Me and my gf have been using it for watching loads of movies these days.
@Quentin Matthias yup, I've been watching on InstaFlixxer for since december myself =)

Really neat!

most underappreciated piece of art
Fantastic!!!
well done indeed 😃
so beatiful
Beautifully done brotha!
I tried playing the first 12 seconds and having to play the bass rhythm with the treble melody broke my brain

Amazing! :)
This song even sounds great on piano. Goes to show Dylan could also write great music and not just lyrics.
This song was written entirely by Hendrix. You’re thinking of “All Along the Watchtower.”
If you could share me the sheet music.. I would be forever grateful . So wel played! Respect
Thank you! But unfortunately I don't have sheet music.
Is he ok
Hahahaha, great! You got yourself another follower now!
WHAT MONEY? :O
Noel Gallagher's Teotihuacan sounds like Purple Haze riff played on piano.
you played the Triton for too long but great video

Could you please stop moving so much? Lol, it's giving me anxiety
Sure. Try watching this again.
Move around all you want. It helps you to inject emotion in your playing.
Probably not the best version lol
